    You used to be able to build networks with the assumption that most people wouldn't be transferring data most of the time. This simply isn't true any more.
    Then maybe you should be paying for a T2 connection. Comes with the assumption that you will be constantly saturating the connection.

    Well that sucks. It would make more sense to have a system that throttles abusers. Cablevision in the US had a system where they would limit upload to 100Kb/s for those who abused their upload bandwidth.

    WEP is at least something.
    Closing the door to your room is something. But anyone can turn your doorknob and enter. I wouldn't trust WEP for anything of any importance at this point.

    A flip through any tabloid should assure you that you don't need permission to use it for monetary gain.
    In Nussenzweig v. DiCorcia, the New York Supreme Court decided that selling an image doesn't constitute commercial use. Commercial use would be using the persons image on an advertisement.

    Multiply that times 30 students in a class
    30 kids per class? That's insane. With a class size that large the teacher loses control of the class, and can't give very much attention to each student. The teacher is basically forced to lecture the whole period, to a group of students who are watching the clock to see when the period is over.

    No way.
    I also haven't seen any fluorescent "safelight" bulbs. No reason to ban these as they usually just use 15watts.

    One should not cite Wikipedia any more than one should cite Encyclopedia Brittanica - except for those very few rare cases, if any, where Wikipedia might actually be the primary source.
    But its against wikipedia policy for an article to be a primary source.

    Or how much force would it take to accelerate a 2kg object at 5m/s^2? SI uses the same base units for all of it's units so such a conversion is simple.
