Except Constitutional rights are for anyone we put in a court of law. Proof positive can be found when we try smugglers who are citizens of another country; they STILL get the use of our Constitution regardless of their current citizenship. Same goes for immigrants who have yet to attain citizenship, etc.

OR is your point that the Constitution is only for white folks?

I don't know if you've noticed but even U.S. citizens get jailed for crimes they didn't commit.

Just because I can't find evidence of a platypus outside my house does not prove that no platypuses(platypae?) exist on the planet. The mere fact that the page you referenced singles out probability theory as the exception should have been enough to figure out that maybe your assertion has limited application.

Sorry to reply so late. Well I can't find any information backing up my assertion and every single prosecutor's office in the U.S. has the exact(and I mean EXACT, minus state name, etc.) same cookie-cutter template for "I am the victim, can I drop charges" question on their website so either the template is legit or else there are a lot of retarded prosecutors. The State brings the charges, because the state is the "victim." That's why the individual doesn't get to decide whether or not charges are filed, or have the final say in punishment.

As far as I know, that is only true for commonwealths because the commonwealth is supposed to take over those kinds of decisions for the greater good for all...or something like that.

My problems with that are as follows:

My motherboard, even though it could run Vista well, doesn't support over 2GB of memory anyway, making this a non-issue.
I don't get the backup point you made but I don't rely on M$ to handle my archives either.
I don't let Windows handle my wifi connections so I don't have that problem either.

Overall, none of those are compelling enough to make me want to use Vista. Other than the memory support, in my case anyway, everything could be added as third party software so I'm not impressed.

Absolutely. The current technology where they scan your package at every location is ineffective at best since the barcode has to be facing upward for them to be guaranteed to get a scan and even then they're not guaranteed to make it through the system. RFID on the other hand only needs to be in the proximity of the package and it would be a trivial task to make sure that every package on a truck was actually supposed to be going to that destination. Theoretically it could be possible to use with baggage on airlines but there might be issues there that I am unaware of.
