Because very often, anything after the end of the content, may it be an HTML document or image of some sort, isn't displayed to the user, so it's possible to forge these. It's not undetectable by any means, any one who suspects the document of being forged will be able to prove it, but as it's still possible not to notice it's a forgery (To the typical user it WILL look fine and WILL have a valid hash), it's still cause for concern.

True wireless: I have a CF card for wireless, works great, I use it all the time, web surf, chat, ssh, all that.
CD/DVD playback: Wanna watch movies? Get a big CF card (or use the internal 4G on the new model), install mplayer. You can play DivX on a Z. I watched Ice Age on mine... for some reason.
Easy iPod style interface: On the non-clamshell (non-japenese) models there's buttons on the front, like, up, down, left, right, mail, home, menu, etc. I can put the Z in my pocket and feel the up/down/left/right thing good enough to adjust volume and change tracks. On the japanese model it's not quite as convenient but there's still the arrow keys.
Recharge: It uses a lithium rechargable battery and a charger/ac adapter.

Okay, it's a BIG projection screen, but, what kinda DPI does it get? I've seen these things that 'Make a big-screen dvd player', that are simply a lens you put over a portable dvd player's LCD screen, which doesn't have high enough DPI to account for such a big screen. is it extra blocky or is it at like 1200000x102400000 resolution? (And if so how many FPS can it get on... say, anything?
Right now, to crack iTunes songs using a software program is super-easy because of easy availability of easily-usable software. Hardware systems will likely be much harder to crack if implemented properly (every tried cracking an iButton?). The key-pair can be generated by the hardware in question and can be used only by that hardware and the user will have no access to the private key. Tampering with the hardware will destroy the key.
Key pair encryption? Reverse engineer the software, and then do a man in the middle attack, poof, you've either got the encrypted data, or at least another key. But, Again, DRM is stupid. I wouldn't use a format I can't use on my computer, and, I could simply run a VMWare box with windows XP in it and capture the audio output, no matter what DRM is used.
That's all well and good, but, I got a GMAIL invite. w00t. I love the search box, and, it's got those keyboard shortcuts! I can hit r and reply to a message, it's very nice. I still wonder though, if gMail will eventually provide POP, or maybe IMAP access?
Why ever would I want a whole gigabyte? I'll just go to yahoo and get one-hundred entire megabytes of wonderful inbox space, on a page riddled with graphical advertisements. This is so much better than a gigabyte of inbox space, on a page with text ads. I'll tell all my friends about Yahoo!'s new, awesome offer.

Where's the "Correct filesize" kept? If it's stored in the document, it's still possible (Though more difficult) to change it and make a collision.
No, bittorrent does not work like that, you download from multiple sources. Peercast works like that, but not bittorrent.
