Why the hell is it that people think they need to be in bed with Microsoft to get anything done. This kinda thing could have been done by many other groups long before now if AOL, Yahoo!, etc... would just get their heads out of their asses.
I just did a quick comparison and here are my results.
I search for "pumpkins" on both http://techpreview.search.msn.com/ and http://www.google.com/
From Google I recieved 1,060,000 results in 0.52 seconds. From Microsoft I recieved one result ("MSN Search is temporarily unable to process your request. Please try again in a few minutes.") which took about 2 1/2 minutes.
The article says, "But the court found that because the e-mails were already in the random access memory, or RAM, of the defendant's computer system when he copied them, he did not intercept them while they were in transit over wires and therefore did not violate the Wiretap Act, even though he copied the messages before the intended recipients read them. The court ruled that the messages were in storage rather than transit."
So, does this mean that if snail mail gets delivered to my house accidently and it's being stored in my mailbox and/or house I can open it up?
After hearing about the possible involvement of Microsoft in the SCO lawsuits, I had this thought.
What are the chances that Microsoft is behind anyone buying SCO licenses? Could they some how end up giving money to Computer Associates in order to buy SCO licenses and further fund SCO, as well as attempt to give credit to their claims?
Breaking News!
SCO Linux Licenses sold out in record time today. This new time of 35 seconds eclipses the old record set by the band formerly known as M$.

After reading about government officials that are afraid that the keyboard might shock them, a thought occured to me. How accepting of computers and technology are the older generations in India? I know there are plenty of older folks here that just don't want to have anything to do with PCs and new technologies related to PCs. Are there similar feelings in India and how might that effect the insourcing?
"The problem is a lack of highly educated workers willing to work for the minimum wage or lower in the U.S. Costs are driving outsourcing, not the quality of American schools."
Is Carly willing to work for minimum wage or lower, ya think?

If http://www.VisitorVille.com/ were a building right now there'd be a big wrecking ball swinging in it's direction with '/.' written on it.

I too am upset with this news. However, I think I'm going to stay away from eating my own nuts.

Earlier today so-n-so published an article detailing Microsoft's plans to stop using dirty, monopolistic tactics! *waits for an update* - Kevin

"and if 50 million americans say jesus is king we should all just become christians. bzzz. WRONG ANSWER!"
If 50 million americans said jesus was king, and you became a christian without believing it yourself, you'd be an idiot.
50 million americans didn't say that everyone had to be on the list, just that they wanted to be on it. Tool!
