Not sure how it works for other companies... but I live in Victoria, BC, Canada, and often I'll get a text message welcoming me to the United States if I venture to certain parts on the southern tip of the Island. Would this guy not have received a similar message when he joined another company's cell tower?
Makes you wonder if the tail is really the *AAs and perhaps not some other group or agency that has friends in high places. Of course, it's conspiratorial for me to say anything like that.
Lies.
The previous Liberal government consistently operated under the largest budget surpluses in Canadaian history. It started in 1998.

It is only in the last few years that the Conservative government has begun pissing that surplus away.
You're being throttled for torrent packets, this should not directly cause connections to drop for any other protocol.
What is likely happening, is a combination of ISP traffic shaping bittorrent connections, and your connection log maxing out your linksys WRT54GS router's memory. The throttling causes your torrent client to try to connect to far more peers than it would otherwise try to connect to... this causes your router's connection log to balloon, quickly using up your router's memory, which causes it to drop all new connections. This is a well known problem: http://www.utorrent.com/faq.php#Special_note_for_users_with_Linksys_WRT54G_GL_GS_routers
Update the firmware on your Linksys WRT54GS to the latest Tomato. This will prevent your router from causing other connections to drop or time out.
Then start using the latest uTorrent beta, with protocol encryption on. This might help with the throttling, it worked for me with Rogers as my ISP.
Hate to feed the flame... but I seem to recall a statistic that indicated mortality rates for heart disease were significantly higher in Afrcian American males than in any other ethic group.

Now that speaks nothing toward how insurance companies actually calculate rates, and doesn't address the issue that the mortality rate may be higher because African American males tend to be uninsured at a higher rate, or other factors and statistical loopholes like that. You can make a case for anything using statistics.
Every single track in NIN's Ghosts I-IV has different album artwork/photography. The point of album artwork on a digital file is having a visual cue(something other than words) to accompany the music in order to differentiate between albums. Most new model MP3 players take advantage of album artwork. You're right, album artwork certainly isn't necessary, and thus could be a cost saving avenue for the artist... but it's definitely a feature that adds value to the product.
My friend had the same paranoid reservations as the GP about facebook. He refused to get a Facebook for over a year while everyone else he knew was busy socially networking. So in order to teach him a lesson, we eventually just created an account for him... filled with hilarious "details" and pictures about his life. This persisted for a month until he eventually found out about it, and demanded the password so he could delete the account.
After another month of fun, we eventually gave in and gave him control of the account, under the condition he keep it active to correspond with us, and if he ever deleted the account, we'd just create another one, with even more damning details. He has kept the account for almost a year now, and has since then added multiple friends from his past, come into contact with people he thought long lost, and posts "notes" on a regular basis.
The irony is that with an account, he now has more control over his online image than without. The reason being, is that with facebook, the only way you can remove a tag is if you own the photo, or if the tag points to your profile. So the only way to police photos you don't want people tagging your name to... is to get an account.
The lesson to be learned here, is that it's not google, or facebook, or myspace that are the problem. It's not even the internet. The problem is your annoying friends not respecting your privacy.
Found it for you:

Some delays are alright with me so long as a decent finished product is delivered... what's not alright, is when the episode will eventually get canceled before it's complete, but after you've invested in the first couple episodes. Look at what happened to "Sin: Episodes", IIRC, it was the first episodic game pimped by valve... I bought it, played it, had a bit of fun... was actually anticipating the second episode, and bamn, Ritual gets bought out, their developers leave, and the second installment is postponed "indefinitely". Fuck episodic gaming.

The patch? Instant Run-off Voting.
That sounds a bit like Donnie Darko.
CHICKCHACKCHOKTOWAHGOWACK!
well then anonymous grandpa, you don't have to turn in your Geek card; you were never issued one.
i'm a fan of free markets... getting things without having to buy them is quite rewarding.

Yes, it's true... this man has no dick.
Companies aren't individuals nor should they have the rights of individuals.
I take it you've never heard of Quebecor.
