You can be as outraged as you like. The GP said it "occur the most amongst popes and priests" which I can not find anything indicating is true.

As for morals, I seriously doubt it has anything to do with it. People who will break the law often conceal themselves. How many times have you seen a cat burglar walking down the street? Probably more then you realize.

So I guess a question might be, does the moral lessons pushed by someone automatically become void should that person turn out to not be moral? I mean if you see a cop stealing money from a cash register when the store keeper is stocking slurpy cups, does it mean it is no longer wrong to steal?

Of course not. But I can agree with you being more pissed that a cop was stealing. I can't agree that it somehow means now all cops or law enforcement in general are thieves (hypothetically)

This number is higher then a number for the general population. I think it has to do with those who would harm the children actively seeking out avenues to be exposed to them.

Not really. Even if LA had no police department, there would still be elements of law enforcement I would be able to report the issue too. This wouldn't change if the UN disappeared. There would be a mechanism to report and resolve these issues, just at a different location or process.

Domain squatters and getting rightful access is not something unique that would disappear with the UN. It just happens to be where the process is at the moment.

Look at the LA cop thing in California in which the have shot up 3 separate scenes and wounded several completely innocent people trying to execute a criminal instead of arresting him and going to court for justice. I can talk about how much of a thug the cops are, how they are completely incompetent scared little bitches ignoring the constitutional right of due process hell bent on inflicting personal revenge on the ex cop who killed one of their own and claims to have information proving they were in the wrong for his termination and acted abhorrently in several criminal cases, but I would still call them to report my home was burglarized. That wouldn't be some giant conflict of interest or reversal of anything else I stood for..

I used to build my own servers but it really takes so much more time specing it out, checking for known issues and validation that with the purposed hardware configurations that I can't really save any money on it compared to buying a Dell or HP.

I can't stand dell servers, they are rock steady but it seems that as soon as you put the name dell on it, it slows way down. It's the same with the few HP servers I have dealt with. But in order to get the same reliability out of a fresh build, it consumes so much time that I can't justify it financially in most cases.

As for the parent's software raid problem, I'm not a big fan of it anyways. I will hold my comments because I truly love true hardware raid- especially with nested levels like 0+1 or 10. But then again, I'm not really performance limited in what I need raid for. It's more or less for reliability. I'm not sure of why you would want software raid over hardware unless there is something along the lines of expandability or hot swapping drives I'm not directly aware of.

I don't know about that. I know several full time maintenance personnel at a couple local factories and they use the weekends to retool production runs and deep cleaning.

Large industrial operations generally need tolerances checked and adjusted frequently too.

The idea of rest as far as factories go is more like making sure the equipment is working properly and capable of doing the jobs demanded of them. oiling and greasing the right parts to ensure longevity, and so on. But those factories also take a week or two a year to do comprehensive maintenance also.

It says the hotdog vender's cart was "Clint Tarverâ(TM)s equipment was destroyed by a mob of mostly white, violent, racist, left wing union activists. As if that wasnâ(TM)t bad enough, they hurled racial slurs at Tarver as he tried to pick up what was left of his catering equipment."

"In just one afternoon, the events in Lansing demonstrated what conservatives have known for a long time: If violence and racism is not the whole of the extreme left wing, it is in its heart. Read the reasons on the war resolution. And understand this is not exact but edited by the fine morons slanting everything to their advantage for wikipedia. Here are some highlights in case you can't figure out how to find the link.

    • Iraq's "capability and willingness to use weapons of mass destruction against other nations and its own people".

    • Members of al-Qaeda, an organization bearing responsibility for attacks on the United States, its citizens, and interests, including the attacks that occurred on September 11, 2001, are known to be in Iraq.

    • Iraq's "continu[ing] to aid and harbor other international terrorist organizations," including anti-United States terrorist organizations.

    • Iraq paid bounty to families of suicide bombers.

This one is from the actual resolution itself

Whereas Iraqâ(TM)s demonstrated capability and willingness to use
weapons of mass destruction, the risk that the current Iraqi
regime will either employ those weapons to launch a surprise
attack against the United States or its Armed Forces or provide
them to international terrorists who would do so, and the extreme
magnitude of harm that would result to the United States and
its citizens from such an attack, combine to justify action by
    the United States to defend itself;

Oh, one more thing, it appears that the mass media actually knows Al Qaeda was in Iraq pre9/11 and attempted to blame their killing people after the invasion on Bush failing to act before the invasion.

    http://newsbusters.org/blogs/brad-wilmouth/2008/02/29/nbc-claimed-bush-allowed-al-qaeda-iraq-war-media-now-ignore-pre-war-p

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abu_Musab_al-Zarqawi#Known_attacks

and according to George Tenet's book, July 2001, an associate of Zarqawi had been detained and, during interrogations, linked Zarqawi with al-Qaeda operative Abu Zubaydah. Of course I don't have a direct link to the book, but you can find reference to it on one of the links I already posted.
