    80% of the computer newbies I talk to have no idea what Linux or UNIX are. A lot of them do not make a clear distinction between the OS and the hardware it runs on.

    Actually, a study recently published by Swedish scientists claims just that; that the presence of Collies and Yorkshire Terriers in public areas increases copyright violations on the internet by 32%.

    There remains no doubt in my mind that the government's recent initiatives are a result of this newly published study.

    who is making these "rules" anyway? is there an international body of skyscraper height regulators sanctioned by the UN to measure tall buildings?

    if you don't think spires should be counted, GREAT! acknowledge the sears tower as the highest building, move right along. want to think of the cn tower as the tallest building? sure..

    unless of course i'm wrong, in which case you might get sued by the aforementioned agency. or worse yet, thrown in a turkish prison.
