Yah a few muslim extremists kill a few thousand in the USA, while our state sanctioned Army run by a bunch of rich white guys has killed millions of people in Vietnam, Korea, Iraq, etc... How many Iraq's civilins died in the Shock and Awe, probably a lot more than died on 911. If you want a profile of a mass murderer just look at the average US Congressman/President.

Theres a reason muslems in the middle east hate us. Its not becuase we have freedom and they don't, it's not even becuase their Musslim and were "Christian". Its becuase we kill , and support countries that kill, their Fathers, Mothers, Sister, Brothers, Sons, and Duahgters. It doesn't make what they did on 911 right, it just makes us just as wrong as them. Were all going to hell and we probably deserve it.

In some ways its true. The US Armed forces can't lose. We could stay in Iraq for another 50 years. It would cost us Trillions of dollars and probably around 100,000 US sevicemen deaths but we could easily do it. The problem is after 50 years we'd be no closer to winning than we are now. We easily have the military power to kill every living thing in Iraq, and thats about what it would take for us to win there. We've forgot what war is about. Its not about invading a country to impose democracy, thats an oxymoron. War is about ivading a country to take their resources, or defending against a country that is try to take your resources. We can't win wars anymore becuase we forgot what war is. To impose control in Iraq we would have to be as harsh a dictator as Sadam was, if your cought doing insurgent activity you and your entire family disapear into some hellhole where you watch your family be tortured to death. Thats the level of fear it would take to keep control in Iraq.

In fact you wouldn't even be altering that timeline either your freind never died in it becuase he always never died in it becuase in that timeline a signal from your timeline was received that stoped him from dieing. But the world around you wouldn't magiclly reagrange itself to be as if he never died. Of course by that token someone from a parallel timeline offset by the same amount of time into the future should have sent your timeline a signal warning your friend about the accident. Also if in the timeline where he didn't die they don't repeat the signal he will die in every other timeline. If they repeat the signal he will only die in the very first timeline along the axis of time.
