However, Dell will give me $100 rebate on their device, if I send in an iPod, then

    • Send me a device, from which I understand at the best case scenario is slightly of less quality.

    • For too long now, every man woman and child on the planet has been illegally STEALING our copyrighted works.
    • Every man woman and child with this device creates a perfect copy of an artists work when they hear a song. This leads to billions upon billions of illegal copies. This device, also known as "The Brain" is responsible for really bad stuff. Now, we will be able to limit this EVIL device's useage by installing our anti-pirating device known as the TIN FOIL HAT to prevent this illegal pirating. Mozilla is my default browser, opens for links, local HTML files, jpegs, etc. However, if a URL is typed in the Adress Bar of a FOLDER it will bring up Internet Explorer.

For instance, I have the "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Desktop\My Pictures" folder open, if I type www.google.com in it's place it will open in IE.

Hell, try it yourself open c:\, then type a URL in the address bar, it launches IE - Which sux

Generally speaking (if I remember correctly), an oral contract would be "I promise to pay you 200, if you do 'X', you agree to do X"

    A contract typically consists of

    • An offer (Will you do X?)
    • Acceptance (Yes I will do X)
    • Consideration ($200)
of course there are usually different terms for what constitutes performance, etc.

Also, typically for contracts above $500 the statute of frauds aome into play, i.e. contracts above $500 must be in writing to be enforceable.
