The other day on the Mannoroth server someone was selling mounts at a discount.
He was selling undead mounts for 50g he said he had enough for "everyone who wanted them".
I was like, how can someone stock up on hundreds of mounts and sell them at a discount ?
Now I realize he bought one duped it to hell and sold it at a discount. A nice way to make money and a way for poeple to get their mount cheap !

No you are able to take out the battery and put another one in. They even sell them in the stores.
Before posting such a long post you should at least bother to look up what you are talking about, especially when you don't seem to know squat about what you are talking.
Where I work this is how the network admin fixes problems on his windows boxes.
1.Reboot.
2.Reboot again.
3.Wait.
4.Reboot again.
5.Fiddle around some windows clicking on various things.
6.Wait.
7.Reboot.
Ask him what's the problem is : "I don't know."
Anyway after X amount of time it's fixed no one knows how it was fixed, what it was or to prevent it again...
Am I the only one out here who from time to time sends polite comments to SCO via this webform :

Things along the lines of :
Go to hell
Hope you loose your lawsuit and go bust
etc.
I always keep it polite tough. I bet the guy who gets to read this junk is pretty used to comments like this.
It's clear to me that the poeple at/. are on SCO's side. They are purposely telling SCO's side of the story in to demoralize the OSS community ! Maybe they were even paid by SCO to influence stories printed on/. !... Just joking...maybe
Microsoft keeps the price up on the Xbox ? I don't know where you live, but around here ( Canada ) the Xbox price has been slashed numerous times since it came out, not only this but they are always offering mega bundle deals. I don't have one myself because I am more of a PS2 kind of guy, but it is very tempting.
At one time they were selling the Xbox for normal retail price but you got 4 games including Halo and a second controller ! That's 4 games plus a controller free, and last I checked it came with 2 free games.
Rumors are in a couple of months the price will be slashed again. In Canada it came out costing about 500 canadian dollars ( I think ) and it's now 230 canadian dollars and come with 2 games free.
While I have MS as any good linux zealot, I think that saying the MS has kept the XBox price up artifiacially is preposterous.
Actually you should get your story straight it wasn't gentoo's server that got owned. It was a third-party server that among many things provides a mirror for gentoo rsync servers. This server is administred and run by a third party which is not linked to Gentoo.
It seems that SCO is asking for feedback on SCO.
I have sent them a short polite and respectful message which none the less express my views on the SCO.

Don't listen to him ! It's just this kind of thinking which is keeping people from investing in my perpetual motion machine !
