Uh, run your IMAP over SSL and use proper authentication and there's no security problems unless Exchange's IMAP has security flaws. GMail has IMAP over SSL ffs and it's free.
Dell Insperon notebook, plug in FireWire video output with active MPEG2 video, play video in VLC from FW input, unplug FW cable. BSOD every time. Yes this has happened to me many times at work.
Yep, I work in a place that does Agile crap and we waste 15-30 minutes every morning with this scrum BS. It does not help anything at all. I guess I should not complain that I get paid 1/2 hr for doing nothing.
Actually you should read up on glucose metabolism. Your body does not make glucose EVER except from the carbohydrates you eat. There is no other magical way you get glucose. If you aren't ingesting carbs then your body will switch over to ketosis after stored glycogen(glucose+water)which is using fatty acids for energy. Your body will break down your own fat or use fat from your diet and use that to fuel your brain. It's not the preferred energy source for your brain but it will work. I'm not saying it's a cure for cancer but you should at least come with an accurate argument.
Duh, they have inertial dampeners. If they can stop you from getting squashed when going from a dead stop to warp 9.975 in a few seconds it should be able to handle a few bumps.
I'm sure the oil companies have something to do with it. They're no doubt trying to figure out a way to move to more fuel efficient cars while still making their exorbitant profits. As the efficiency of the average car increases, they'll slowly increase the cost of fuel to keep their profit the same or higher.
Also you must consider the extra maintenance expense since not as many people know how to fix hybrid cars(yet). Often you have to take them to the dealer which can easily make any savings go out the window. The only real benefit to the hybrids at this point is lower emissions.
Most of the time I see diesel everywhere I go but one time I was driving my dad's cube van near Mississauga and we drove around for about 1 hr trying to find some place with diesel. It was pathetic in a city as big as Mississauga that I could not find any fuel stations selling diesel.
I drove the 2009 TDI back in January when you could barely even buy one because they didn't have many. They really need to make the price more competitive if they want to gain any market share. There's no real reason the TDI Jetta should be $8000 more than a similar gas car.
I recently bought a new car. I really wanted a diesel but the 2009 VW TDI Jetta with pretty much stock everything was $30,000 CAD. Whereas the Mazda 3 that I ended up buying is $21,000 with a few options from stock(added $1200 to the price). I get about 35-38 mpg and from what I've read, the new TDI Jetta gets about 45 mpg when it's new if you're lucky and possibly worse for the first 20K miles. With the new particulate filters they put on it, the fuel savings is drastically less and not worth the $10,000 CAD difference to me.
Sure they could put a TV receiver in the phone but then you'd need either a gigantic battery or a small nuclear reactor. You already have streaming radio on the iPhone and it drains the battery pretty quickly.
I wonder what's going to happen with these drug sniffing machines they want to put in airports. Supposedly they can detect such a low amount like being able to detect a grain of salt in a pool. Also with those machines, you might get caught for pot if you walk by someone smoking a joint on the way to the airport.
I'm not talking specifically about Atkins. Ketosis diets have been around for a long ass time in bodybuilding circles. Specifically the anabolic diet, or CKD diet is what I'm referring to.
The overall goal between Atkins way and the other ways mentioned in the AD and CKD is to not let your glycogen storage drop to zero while still remaining in ketosis.
You are essentially saying that today's modern Inuit who have grown up on their native diet of mainly fish and seal are not as smart and/or not as capable as any western people living off of carbohydrates. Of course that's complete BS and there are plenty of Inuit who could say otherwise.
People doing ketosis will usually have a carb up once per week. The reason is to replenish your body's glycogen(glucose+water) storage which contained in your liver and muscle.
Ketosis diets like the anabolic diet work extremely well for a lot of people. Carbs are not a required nutrient if you define required as needed to sustain life. Your body can live off of fat/keytones just fine. People who feel like shit on keytosis diets are most likely not doing it right. The first week or so when your body is transitioning is tough but after that you should not feel bad. If you are not eating enough fat then you will feel bad.
Actually, only the first iPhone didn't have GPS. The 3G has GPS but no magnetometer(compass) and the 3GS has both.
You can't even compare the BB Storm to the iPhone. I've used both and the UI on the Storm is a joke, plus you get the LCD warp when you press in the screen.
Do you really think they'll throw away all their equipment? If you had a ham radio lying around you haven't used for 10 years and the machines take over, I'm sure you'll dust it off.
I think Charlie and the interviewer(Alan) misunderstood Apple's comments on jailbreaking. The point they were making is that jailbreaking could allow people to crash the cell towers by installing malicious software on the phones, not that jailbreaking itself would cause problems. And technically this could be true depending on how crappy the cell tower software is.
There are reports of some women in Africa that are immune to HIV. That would be interesting if they were able to link their immunity to this same gene.
My company requires a VPN connection to access the Exchange webmail which is over SSL. Pretty lame IMO.

Nope. Obesity is not supposed to be normal and is unhealthy so being called overweight is correct. Normal healthy weight people are not underweight.

That's why they invented browser porn mode.

I've been doing the delta updates since 10.0 without any issues.
