I'm sorry but the author of that sentence has never even seen or held a Game Boy Micro in person.
From the specifications alone, you can see that the GP2x Wiz is 50% bigger and 70% heavier than a GameBoy Micro:
Game Boy Micro: - 50Ã--101Ã--17.2 mm (86860 mm3) - 80 grams (built-in battery)
GP2x Wiz: - 121x61x18 mm (132858 mm3, 50% bigger) - 136 g (with battery)
As far as processing power goes, however, the GP2x Wiz wins. No debate there.
I'm also not a fan of what seems to be a dual-gamepad setup, even if the pad on the right is supposed to be used as "buttons" (and even if the pad is split in four equal parts, it's still a gamepad). Weird, to say the least.
Their list has three 16GB, three 4GB, one 2GB and one 1GB flash drives. How is that "mostly 4GB and 8GB"?
And the prices go from $10 to $56, how is that "from $9 to $30"? There's three drives over $30 listed, not to mention that only morons view $9.99 as being equal to $9 instead of $10.

Why Bother With DRM?

I'm happy to report that I'm in the 10% of non-pirated copies of World of Goo, because it has no DRM. Had it had any form of DRM I would only have played the demo.
I sometimes wonder if it would be cheaper to buy a house in Detroit and just have it moved to somewhere else. I know doing that is crazy expensive, but come on, a house for 7500$?
Except that with PHP you can't specify an upload directory or filename, it's all internal with random temporary filenames while uploading.
The only real work-around that (is supposed to) work is to upload the file to something else than PHP (usually Perl), however all the Perl scripts I've tested on the servers I use (and don't control) just won't update anything until the file is completely uploaded (and no, disabling/flushing the buffers also doesn't work for some reason).
ex: say your company asks me for my email address. Your company is called "Very Powerful Tools, inc.". Then I will give you "verypowerfultools@mydomain.com" as my email address. So if I ever get spam in my verypowerfultools@mydomain.com account then I know that your company is selling/giving the email addresses they get.
My ISP has an option to send all unknown email addresses of my domain to a single address, a "catch-all" if you will.

Because USB isn't implied for a "flash drive", you need to specify the interface (in this case, USB).
Yes I saw the table at the bottom of the first page. But the way their text is written (see quote above), it's confusing at best.
And from their table, the drives are mostly 4GB, 8GB and 16GB.
USB drive can also refer to an external 2.5" or 3.5" drive, so I prefer to call these things "USB Flash Drives".
And yes I do know there's 2.5" and 3.5" flash drives...

I see what you did there.
These aren't the droids you were looking for.

If they really want to counter it, they should call it Google Marflow.
Nice Futurama reference.
Coming in 2010: "Dude, where's my ultra-dense deuterium?", staring Ashton Kutcher.
Or at least, invent Diamondium.
Indeed, I've also heard that it is Apple's store and they are free to do whatever they want with it.
... just not the crap house shown in the page you linked to.
Bleh!

Anonymous Coward: kdawson sucks, he needs to be fired.
kdawson: I don't care!
Anonymous Coward: from a canon, into the sun.
kdawson: (gulp!)
This is not a reply.

Maybe Apple are about to buy Slashdot?
Actually I've never really had a problem between Firefox, Opera and Safari. If anything, it's Firefox's font size difference that's the real problem.
It does. Do you know how much a pixel is worth these days?
I'm on a Mac, so I'm using "Mail", the one that comes with Mac OS X.
