You just pegged yourself as clueless. Try to run crossfire and tell me how great it is. First off, a 2x crossfire setup doesn't equal 2x performance. Second, most games don't have a SLi or Crossfire profile. Thrid, many games are buggy in that kind of setup. All it's good for is people who have more money than sense. You will always be better off buying the most performance you can in a single card. Right now that means nVidia.

People are starting to face the reality that AMD has never really been competitive. They constantly and consistently have sub-par offerings that fall well below what intel is offering. Sure you pay less, but you also get something that has a chance of not being able to do the job that needs to be upgraded every year just to keep up.

  8. I do know a lot about it, and I can tell you that while it's possible it's incredibly rare. You haven't the faintest idea.

  9. I was an epileptic, Eichenwald is almost certainly a lying scumbag. I was a sufferer of photosensitive epilepsy when I was a kid, and flashing images almost never triggered a seizure. In fact, they would just happen without any clear pattern of outside stimuli. It would just occur, and then I'd have a skull-splitting headache when it was over. Medication is highly effective in controlling this.

We don't need the word "racism" in this case, as it's not racist. It's called defending yourself. Muslim extremists are a very real danger that has been a problem around the world for a long time now. How did anyone think repeated suicide bombings was going to be met by governments? Did you think they'd just ignore it?

Common sense tells us that two wrongs don't make a right no matter how much you'd like them to. If you stopped to think about it, randomly blaming every white person for problems generated by a very small subset is bad enough - you can and will create white on black racism with that. If you continually make someone the bad guy without any reasonable provocation you'll just wind up with a self-fulfilling prophecy.

What's worse is when you think that racism perpetrated by the very few justifies racism as a whole. An attitude that is in and of itself racist. If you really want tolerance and equality (which you don't seem to want at all, what you really want is one group that has more rights than everyone else) then you wouldn't tolerate it in any context at all regardless of who is the instigator and who is the recipient.
