It's more difficult to get your semen (hopefully, right?) and plant it at the crime seen. More difficult to plant your skin cells under the victim's fingernails. This is why it's admissible.

No, it isn't. The ID on brass probably won't even be admissible in court for the reason that brass gets reused all the time. Any would-be criminal's defense would be, "I fired those rounds at the firing range, and the REAL murderer retrieved them from the floor, reloaded them and used them to commit the crime."

Ever hear the term "low hanging fruit"? To answer your question, likely yes. It does mean he's weaker. Given two banks, one with a reinforced vault and advanced security system, and the other with a less robust and poorly designed vault, which will the robbers most likely target? Now, I grant you that this analogy is flawed. Do the banks have equal funds? This would also play into the robbers' decision. Likewise, Windows has more users than Linux so, arguably, Windows is a juicier target. But this is an excuse used all too often to dismiss Windows' security shortcomings. The other factor that my analogy didn't take into account is the knowledge of the staff. I clean infections off of friends and family's computers every few months, simply because they're... stupid. It's always the fake antivirus pop-ups that trick them into actually downloading and installing a trojan. This isn't a problem on Linux for, I believe, two reasons: Obviously, the executable isn't compatible; also, I think most Linux users are probbly savvy enough to know to just kill the browser, or turn off Javascript and close the window. But, flawed as it may be, I think there's validity in the analogy. Windows is simply easier to crack.

The word "hate", just like "racist", has lost all meaning in today's discourse. Being diametrically opposed to someone's viewpoint is not hate. This overuse of the "hate" label is evidence of one party's inability to form a coherent argument in response the opponent. "I don't like what you said about my guy, and I'm too lazy or unable to counter your argument, so... that's hate speech."

Stalking? You mean, he had repeatedly followed Martin to his home, or place of employment? Or, were you exaggerating, and you meant to say following? Yes, Zimmerman was doing his job of neighborhood watch and following Trayvon, who was acting suspicious (according to Zimmerman's account).

Even if you take Zimmerman's story at face value

Thankfully, we don't have to. The witnesses, the police officers, Trayvon's bruised knuckles and Zimmerman's bloody head, while not absolute proof, all agree with Zimmerman's story.

Maybe that's what happened. Or, maybe that's actually the moment just before Trayvon decided to jump him and pound the hell out of him. You don't know. Granted, Zimmerman probably made a mistake by not immediately withdrawing after being advised to do so. But, this mistake did not give Trayvon license to beat the shit out of Zimmerman. Trayvon apparently (only according to the information available to the public to date) used deadly force against Zimmerman, and so Zimmerman killed him. Those are the facts.
