Frankly, I don't see why they should even offer philosophy beyond an associates; its just not worth it to the point it counts as a scam really.
Obviously, because qualified philosophy teachers are much cheaper than qualified engineering teachers, but the tuition is the same so the college earns more on philosophy degrees.
Having a constitution, accredited ambassadors and a seat in the U.N. does not prevent the US from spying on all its citizens and strip searching travelers and jailing people who own the wrong chemicals.
For now, they are just machines.
And yet, free and open source software tends to have less ads, and is sometimes better than the commercial software as well.
