DFI Super Socket 7. They're solid, and most of the current revs will clock a K6-2/3 to 600, so you've got quite a bit of expandability. Plus, they're inexpensive, feature 2X AGP, conveniently placed DIP switches, etc. Downside is you'll need DIMMS, as there are no SIMM slots.

Using the +1 to inflate the previous posters score won't work. If the 'audience' has reparent on (I'm guessing 1/2 do), they'll only see your post. Second, unless they're browsing in nested mode (not the default), your 2 won't make the parent appear any higher up the list. It's usually better to just repost the data with your +1 and due credit.

I must thank you for your try, though. Moderators sometimes need a little, um, outside help.

I've got two low degrees, various MS, Novell, System 3000 and IBM certs, plus on-the-job in the exact area they were shopping for. The pay wasn't top notch, but the project sounded exciting and I was in for a change anyway, 'cuz I couldn't stand the assembly line programming job I had. They passed me in favor of some fellow with a big-name college marketing degree who hadn't touched a line of code in ten years.

Anyway, I ended up in my current position, which I would gladly do for less money, so I guess it worked out..
