What about Africa? This is a continent that needs Internet access more than any other and a new undersea cable is embroiled in bitter political animosity IMHO Google could generate a lot of good will for itself focusing in the area that needs the most attention.

I dunno, am I the ONLY one that did not become overly paranoid about terrorists coming to blow me up? This is ridiculous. Even if they did overreact at first....after the situation was ascertained, why in hell did they charge this girl with a crime and set bail? Can police no longer find they made a mistake, and just LET YOU GO without penalty??
No more than if she had yelled FIRE in a theater. It is illegal to yell fire in a theater because of the panic and possible harm this panic could produce. This action of wearing a fake bomb is NOT a form of free speech and has been upheld in the Supreme Court of the United States.

This girl is in big trouble and I would would not be surprised if she gets 20 years.

I don't keep any sensitive information on my computers, in stead I put all the information I want to secure, passwords, account numbers, on line payment information, and administration info, in a plane old paper address book. Even if someone came in and physically took my computers they would have no access to my accounts. Also, if I want to remove access to all information I simply pick up the one address book and walk away. Yes, it is a hassle to type in the information each time but I don't have to worry about someone breaching my security on a software level and ruining what little life I do have.

Tripe isn't worth reading. Stories are obviously the product of the far left wing kook show the same one that is going to bite some members congress in there ass.

Take for example Elliot D. Cohen who authored the first story. He writes profusely for the Democratic Underground DOT com with many unfounded stories about George Bush. In reading some of these others pieces it is obvious that that man doesn't understand anything about war, military actions or American History. In his article titled "How Do You Spell DICTATOR"? if he truly believes the President to be a dictator he obviously hasn't read any thing about Abraham Lincoln who was a real tyrant.

Cohen probably believes that Peter III of Russia was a military genius
