Just why is there funds being held? And why cant wikileaks sue the crap out of paypal the for holding there money for no good reason? And isnt this the biggest reason to read the fine print/hire a Lawyer, for companys like paypal/any company holding our money? Thats no small sum of money being held.
I shouldn't have to do anything to keep my information private from advertisers,they don't provide me with any services,they do pay the web site owners to run ads but even then advertisers work for the producers of products and services. News papers have been advertising for over 100 years with out the ability to spy on the consumers and they did just fine. And i totally disagree with me expecting our government to shape and keep our nation the way it is and was meant to be,thats what made us so strong.
IMO the internet has been changed from what it was ment to be, into a gloryfied JCPennys catalog,if your old enought to remember Mail order catalogs.

Supreme court= x lawyers
Congress= x lawyers
Lawyers = Criminals
CBS = Corporation greed that have full time lawyers on hand

Why is it that advertisers can do what the courts must allow police to do and thats to spy on us. Police need a court order to spy on what we do.Advertisers can spy on us in the names of making a profit for there shareholders. And if they copy the IP addresses its not anonymous,that ip address will point to a very real human unless ofcouser they ip address changes daily,but i would guess its isps like AOL that change the ip address all the time. My ip address hasn't changed in over a year. Anonuious means they cant tell if your a male,female,where you live,they know nothing about the person and it cant be guessed.
Divorce's are far to easy to get,we must fear the law in order to discipline our children,strangers are raising our kids because both parents MUST work to get by.Pornography/nudity is only a key touch away.Parents fear for the childrens lives so much they are not allowed outside by themselfs for fear of being taken by a child murder, Its no wonder our children are going crazy,were forcing them to be adults long before there time.
As a Gamer/user, i say show me the beef! You want OpenGL to be used then make the uses/gamers want nothing else to use. Gamers are picky people and we don't mind spending money for top systems or what makes them go faster.look better,sound better. So if you make OpenGL a must have for the end gamer its lights out for DirectX. We gamers don't care about politics or OS wars only Subhuman wars he he:)
The search would have to be government run and funded. It costs big money to run a search engine thats why cooperations like yahoo, google, MS run them. Lets also not forget how google really got big, and that is because of its image ads free home page.
Hes nothing but a criminal in descise. What did he do? he deciphered the code,he didn't find a flaw or anything else he just figured out that the code is. Then just like all spoiled hackers who are ignored, he published it. Will normal people use the code? No,Governments already know the codes so that only leaves the criminals and voyeurs. The man belongs in jail if one person looses money because of him publishing the code,its just that simple.
They need to have very public court cases against these criminals to start putting faces to these crimes. There were probably being blackmailed pay up or suffer a DNS attack.
All this doesn't make a whole lot of since to me.Why in gods good name would MS after being told of the patent,offered a licensing deal,say no and implement it anyways??? If i were a stock holder, i wouldn't be to happy and maybe a suit could be brought up against MS for purposely loosing billions in dollars. Someones on a serious power trip thats for sure and wasting stock holders money too.

What do you expect them to do when you get a subsidized phone?? There should be little penalty for switching if you own the phone outright,whatever it costs to do the switching. But as far as subsidized phones ya got to pay for the phone and switching. Its only fair i think

Why cant ISPS,FBI,CIA,Local law enforcement look for signatures the criminals use top send instructions to the bot nets. If its so easy to spy on our buying habits on line by advertisers i cant see why they don't use that same technology to catch criminals. Make the criminals pay for the cleanup,sell everything they own to finance it.
Scan of face = Picture being taken for a drivers license,doesn't every state in the USA require a picture in the drivers license? Finger printing? don't we all get foot printed when were born. Why is this a shock to anyone?
