    Resurgence?? how about fulfilling a need. We cant pay our old Vinyl/slate platters on an ipod ya know lol. I'm guessing zillions of platters hiding in peoples basements and attics can now be played again and this is a good thing.

    I'm not going to lie, i love Windows.Ive bought them all so far, But Unless theres some serious new features/technology in Windows 8 it will be the first i have skipped. Its come to the point the internet is smoken fast,my computer does what i want it to do,all my programs work just fine.

    Hate to tell all you people but thats not ash, its human skin particles. I'm a non smoker and blow out my computer once every 3 months. Its human skin/hair-dog hair/skin -cat hair/skin-smoke from cooking or whatever in the air.

    I see it as natural progression,A perfect example is gaming consoles,first there was the Nintendo block people,tennis balls hit with bars etc,next version had better graphics with each console.computers are the same,first were punch out and now we can see humans so real looking it can fool people. Apple didn't invent anything,it was just a natural progression to make what we have better. That idea has been around for decades. Apple made brushed metal famous,scratch that, brushed metal has been sold in products way before Apple use the image of brushed metal on a computer screen.

    When i am paying for a service,ie,Internet connection that includes 5 email addresses i expect 100% privicy for my emails. Now if i use gmail or anyother free email service i get what i pay for and expect as much. Its just that simple :)
