If all you wanted was to cause rodents to explode on mines I can think of more amusing ways of doing so.
Examples
-Rat golf
-Rad lawn bowling
-Rat crochet (sp?)
-Rat shotput
-Rat cricket
Or just plain old throwing rats at where you think mines may be, as it re-orients and runs its bound to hit a mine.
After reading the article i decided it would be fun to try, I opened an old ploaroid camera (FIRST MISTAKE: using a non disposible camera, larger capacitor + better quality parts) Opon seeing the cpacitor i thought it would be a good idea to discharge it just incase, I triggered the flash and it went off, apparently a triggerd flash isnt enough to completely discharde the capacitor. I was fiddling with the rest of the camera when the capacitor discharged through my screw driver, heating it to a painfull temperature and making a very loud spark. I took this as a warning and abandoned the project but not before adding some lovely blast marks to some other tools.
Lesson learned: Electricity is fun, but only when used on other ppl
Given the stuff i have read of the RIAA, I find it amasing that they can even keep a website on the net. They spew out falce info to try to use th eignorant masses. They're losing money because they are tryign to change the public insted of changing to make money off of what we want.
and thats my lil rant

They aren't menat to be monitors at the moment, they look more like a replacement to blinds. Besides i'll never give up my radiation tube!
