What is more fun is blocking the websites that these spams advertise. Yeah sure some people get their websites blocked (if their on the same virtual server) but if someone phones and complains you tell them exactly why and they should find a better hosting provider.
If we get spam complaints about our customer websites they get their accounts terminated with no refunds (some people should really read their SLA's).
So If I sign up to some form of service and don't read the contract that means later on down the line when I find that my motives have changed I can ignore the contract.
