I'm sorry but your relationship is over. Your wife is hideously self-centered and from this corner, an objective viewpoint, she does not consider you as an individual worthy of any respect. This is common in Narcissistic Personality Disorder. She is incapable of viewing you as anything other than a support for her Mental Illness. To her you are simply a household appliance--one she will trade in at the drop of a hat if she feels it would be adventageous for her. She is using her illness to control you. The fact that you cannot express your emotions means that you are being psychologically abused. Over time, abused spouses learn not to speak up so they can avoid further abuse. Once in that position you lost any chance of ever having a healthy relatinship with your wife. Abusers do not change without becoming sober and spending years in therapy. She is not motivated to become a loving life partner for you. I'm sorry, but the longer you stay the longer you'll need therapy to recover from the abuse.

I've had a lot of motorcycles and I have never needed a penis extension. The major problem with this bike is that you need a lot of acceleration to get you out of trouble. i.e., When the woman in the suburban talking on the cell phone looks directly at you, somehow doesn't see you, and changes lanes directly into you on the freeway. You had better be able to get the hell out of the way; screaming does absolutely no good. BTW I still can't find any cost breakdowns on the parts.

The powerbook came mail order with the box taped back exactly as if new, but once inside it had clearly been returned. I think somehow the tip off was that under everything else they had left the returned receipt with the guy's complete AMEX card number with expiration and what he had paid for it; and when he had returned it. If I had been a tough guy I could have used his card to order a better book. They were lucky I wasn't. Now, having related this boring story, I do know that Apple has been squeezing the resellers...look at a Macworld from 1994 and look at one now...any difference in advertisement count?

I was also taught that there is no absolute. My personal experience is that many professionals (and likely others) can hear lower and higher than what is generally accepted. I KNOW I can and I have worked with many others who can. It is just silly (and sometimes dangerous) to make sweeping statements about anatomy/physiology; i. e., "The Long Thoracic nerve is always exactly right here" or the ever popular, "It is impossible for this patient to feel pain with this much (drug) on board". The issue of frequency response also neglects the effects of harmonics. All those forces add up whether heard or not and affect the overall audible sound. Play with a high pass and low pass filter with a good system and you will "hear" the effect of missing frequencies even if you can't "hear" them.
These people are clueless. Last summer someone hacked my EV1 password and accessed my account from another State. During a 4 hour phone call to support although I proved to them conclusively that I had been connected in one State one minute and then suddenly connected from another, they refused to shut it down. I was told that it was not their policy to close a connection even if the owner requested it. I could hear the support supervisor tell another guy that I was lying to him as I waited. I closed my account the next morning. Here is the best part: Looking up the IP of the hacker logged in on my account I found a Pakistani business a mile from Dulles airport. Think about the possibilities. True story.

Now as a 4th year med student, I have to say that I work with Indian docs all the time and most are very competent. Interesting that you might fly to India, have a procedure, fly back--but wait!..then your Indian doc passess the boards, gets a work visa and comes here to do the same procedure in 3 years on your wife/husband for twice the money. Outsourcing in medicine has been happening for a very long time (elective surgery in Venezuela, Brazil, Costa Rica, Mexico, etc. passed off to USA insurance companies as "traffic accident"). I can't avoid politics when I say NOBODY is going to stop the outsourcing of multinationals. It is common sense. Ask a fortune 500 accounting firm what countries they recommend for outsourcing and they have a list of 200 currently. HP, P&G, IBM on and on and on have done this for years. This didn't just happen in 2000 or even in 1992. Perhaps the answer is to incorporate individually and register yourself offshore. That is what I plan to do.
