I dunno, but you had a Cherry tree and a Hickory tree chopped down, and a pig slaughtered in order to have that meal, in addition to the gas for the trucks to move said materials from source to rendering and from rendering to the store, not counting whatever means you took to get them to your smoker (bicycle || walking > automobile), as well as the costs in supplying the lighting materials (did you strike together two flint rocks to make that flame), among many other things I'm not counting.

I've extrapolated the key/lock concept in my head and applied it to many RPGs; this is why I've moved to FPS and challenge puzzle (eg: "Boom Blox") genres.

Most places in the US either have to move forward or back an hour, and some places don't, right?
1 - Set a date for the LAST DST.
2 - On that date, instead of an HOUR, move a HALF AN HOUR in whatever direction your location traditionally goes at this time.
3 - Any location that doesn't traditionally move may either stay put or make a final decision to move with their neighbors.
4 - Lock in the time. Done. Time is now set.
5 - ...
6 - Profit.

It just depends on what the key is to open the door lock.
I'm going to be honest here. Progress Quest pretty much sums up every game out there.
Replace "fetch me a" with whatever puzzle challenge you have and "experience points" with "next level".
Coincidentally, accumulate enough experience points in some games, and you get the "next level".
