Those games (Homeworld, Age of Empires) are about destroying your enemy. The grandpatrent poster was talking about games where violence isn't the only way.
Civilization or Elite would have been good examples of such.
key word there 'modded'
since the iPod is not altered in anyway, just used in the way it should be used, i see a big difference.
i liken it to more like buying a jukebox, filling it with CDs then selling it on. the only question is how did those CDs get there? legitemetly purchased ones? or copies?
I recently moved house and had to get ADSL installed, when looking I noticed UK Online and this 8MB offer. I was very interested....
I had pre-emptively got my network set up, and bought an ADSL router to match my specific needs while waiting for the phone line to be installed to then be able to get ADSL.
After getting the phone line and doing a check for 8MB availability on their web site, the house was in a 8MB area, great!
I rang them to sign up only to find that they woulnd't let me use any other router than they one they would sell you to "assure continuous service" and "be able to support the hardware". At the time (late december last year) the router they were selling was £70, which is a bit expensive for anyone who knows what they are doing.
I did a bit more checking and found out that other ISPs will be offering 8MB services around spring, so I'd recommend to wait and get a better offer later.
I want a game that will let me kill people, but will beat me down if I dont do it clean!
You've never tried Hitman?
Ok granted it's not on the same scale as GTA, but it does the job. (Shame the Hitman series seems to be getting worse with each new game)
Anyway, back on topic...
Reading that article it sounds quite promising. I'm still a little worried that not putting it in the 70s would make the game lose the tounge in cheek that Vice City had lots of!

they are both on by default for me :p
I could import the game, but that would make the game more expensive, I want to play it, but not that badly
