Imagine you do something for the first time, and are very proud of it. Now, imagine someone comes up to you and gets in your face. Most Windows Fanatics tend to be people running HP or Compaq machines with no idea how to even open the case.
I've talked to dozens of people who tell me that Linux is crap and that Windows is great, and when I ask them what version of Windows they're running, they say "Compaq" or "Hewlett Packard"
