    eXeem isn't a torrent program. eXeem has NOTHING to do with torrents. It's "based on the idea" of bitTorrent, and that's a load of crap, because it's got spyware and the source is closed. Just like bitTorrent?

    The guys at suprnova decided to cash in on how popular their site was, just like the scammers they were so upset with at suprnova.com and .net

    It's kinda funny, the eXeem people are pissed that people were pirating the beta version of eXeem.

    I guess just about anyone will become a corporate jackass for some green.

    Are they making any money, though? If you have a product that nobody buys, do you make money?

    I've only seen one and that was at the local Cingular shop, but where do you go to get games? If you can call bad graphics on a tiny screen with horrible color "gaming"

    The risks of MSNBC getting /.ed are very very slim. However, the risks of MSNBC going down because of an earthquake, a staffer tripping on a power cord or a staffer spilling a beverage into a server are quite good (Note: All 3 have happened to hotmail).

    New colors will TOTALLY fix the problem of it being a crappy gaming unit but also a crappy phone!

    The N-Gage has pretty much failed, and no matter what color you make it, it cannot be saved.

    I've got an Inspiron 4150 and I love my nub. I use it way more often than the touchpad.

    If you tell me your password, but make me swear to never reveal it to anyone, and I put it on a website.. Wouldn't you be pissed?

    If I signed a contract saying I wouldn't tell anyone your password, wouldn't you want me punished?

    If you didn't know that it was ME who gave your password to the website, wouldn't you want them to give up my name so you could punish them?

    It's not about freedom of speech, it's about CONTRACTS BEING VIOLATED.

    The validation thing doesn't work. I.. "know a guy" who has a pirated copy of XP Pro Corp and, for shits and giggles, did the "Is this copy of XP legit" test. As it turns out, he DIDN'T pirate his install and Microsoft says it's legit.

    It's a known bug, /. won't fix it. There's a "fix" for /. (google for it) and I hear in 1.2 or later of FF they will address the issue.

    Parker Brothers being sued because their game led to many companies having Monopolies!

    But, seriously: If you can prove a crime was commited because of a violent video game, I'll give you $1m. Prove it. Please. Because once you admit that you CANNOT prove such a thing, we'll be done with this whole "Violent Video Games r teh evil!" deal. I've been playing violent video games from Doom until Half Life 2. I've never killed anyone. I've never shot a cop. I've never stolen a car. If I had killed someone, shot a cop, or stolen a car I'm sure it would be because I'm fucked in the head, not because of GTA3.

    Although, I just had an idea.. I could probably get away with it and get a bunch of money if I said my problems with Windows led me to kill..
