    People already associate the term with super heroes other than Marvel and DC's. They associated the term with characters other than Marvel and DC's before they even filed. They trademarked a commonly used term; therefore, their trademark should not be valid.

    They dropped the ranking of a site running their ads. Because Google refuses to explain changes in their ranking system, the only way to be sure they weren't dropped to reduce payments to them is to sue for the information. If Google wants to act like a monolith that doesn't answer to their customers and advertisers, then they will get dragged into the courts repeatedly.

    Microsoft has a 20% marketshare. That means 20% of the market is paying them for their products. That makes them pretty strong considering quite a bit of the market isn't paying anyone for their server software. MS might have 25-30% of the paying market for all we know.

    If a judge issues a subpeona/warrant for the information, you have to give them the keys. This is no different then having to let them in your house when they show up with a warrant or having to produce a key for a lockbox in your garage or your bank opening your safety deposit box for them.

    There are plenty of people that made it out of chemotherapy and got on with their lives just fine and are grateful that modern medicine made it possible. Even if someone else's life is shit by YOUR standards, it doesn't mean they'd rather die.

    Take a peak of the incident by incident db, when you go down the line and see "car bomb, car bomb, car bomb, bomb on minibus, executed, executed, executed, car bomb, mortar, roadside bomb, roadside bomb, gunfire, gunfire, gunfire" and very few of the gunfire and mortar ones aren't terrorists murdering their opposition, it's hard to blame American troops and their modern weaponry...

    American troops aren't blowing up Shia and Sunni mosques and exploding cars. American troops didn't round up 100 men and murder them execution style. American troops aren't firing mortars at military bases and hitting civilians. American troops aren't planting roadside bombs blowing up dozens of civilians to get one American troop. You can claim that its our fault those people were killed by terrorists, but don't dare claim that we used our "modern" weapons to murder them. We've killed relatively few compared to the terrorists who want to enslave those people under their own twisted ideals.
