Once the bombing starts...
'I hope that the Antigua government will now see the wisdom in reaching some accommodation with United States over this dispute.'
I must have missed the part that said, he was found GUILTY. Then again, convicting before a trial would take care of all those overused and unnecessary technicalities like, evidence, right to a defense, and presumption of innocence.
At most, it should be called "Potential Innovation". How much have those countries innovated, compared to the U.S.? I can have all the sprockets and Cogs in the world, and the laws that allow me to build anything I want, but if I'm not building or inventing something, then it means nothing. The standards they used judge, are crap. It's just a pissing contest, and like all pissing contests, they all stink.
A no trespassing sign means nothing, without a barrier. You have to physically tell someone to get off your property before they can be charged with trespassing, unless they came to do you or your property harm. Walking across your lawn, isn't trespassing even with a sign. Climbing your barbed wire fencing to get to your property is trespassing.
I believe screen size is directly proportional to the users age or should be. I started off on my 12" C64 green monitor, I'm currently studying this theory on my 32" HDTV.
The internet isn't a right. If you can't use a site properly because of YOUR disability, then take your business elsewhere and let the company know that their site is crap. Filing a lawsuit shouldn't even be a option.
Yes, it is. It's called "Due process." As they say, if you don't protect someone elses rights, who's going to protect your rights? Soon they will put up pre-drunken driver registries, pre-employment registries, and pre-college registries, at what point will you or I be put on a registry?

I know the guy said "free, clean and constant Energy", but he meant "Dark Energy".
It won't. Try to explain to a jury how this particular song has a slightly elevated volume in a particular part. This is a defense lawyers everyday run of the mill case, easily defended.
Actually no. "That remembers me of all those movies", is not well written English.

Not if the new head of EMI didn't say it.
Microsoft will have to pry my pirated copy from my cold dead hands.
There's 2 little robots running around on Mars. They were only supposed to last a few months.

Borg, was my first thought on square and sphere. I'm so ignorant.
Yes, but it's a $59 value.
I wish Americans would have said that about Europe for the past 200 years.
Even if they do own it, you could probably get a copy through the Freedom of Information Act, and post it all you want.

My question is, do they pay royalties on those records, or does that fall under fair use?
Any gun has a trigger underneath also, it's also wireless. So what's so new about this? Nothing, it's simply an obvious creation. Patent denied.

I don't think so. http://www.bloomberg.com/apps/news?pid=20601087&si d=ahFEYrwJFdbg&refer=worldwide_news
"The main, main liability we have in Europe is progress in labor productivity, which is significantly inferior to the present level in the U.S., said Trichet at a panel discussion today organized by the Bertelsmann Foundation in Berlin.
I seriously thought Ted Kennedy was the only one still alive. Eh, who knew?
