  3. Comcast already has tiered service. You can get different internet speeds for different monthly fees.

    If ISPs are already offering tiered service, what is all this stink about?!

    I get that they might choose to block competition, which seems wrong.
    Yet, then perhaps they need to spin-off that competing division.
    This would de-monopolize these creepy behemoths.

    It seems to just show that there needs to be rules in place that prevent any entity from obstructing another entity from freedoms to distribute.
    They ought to call it mandatory neutrality!

    2. Go 50 miles.
    3. Use coal to generate electricity to recharge batteries.
    4. Repeat step 2-3 until coal is used up.

    Ahhh! And some insight into the roots of some "Fake News" becomes apparent.

    Agreed, totally, with 'ytene', and generally, with 'rmdingler'.

    The "Fake" part is that it is apparent that some reports expect us to believe that, even though this launch is (new), that there is something 'old' causing issues.
    Shame on the initial reporter to suggest or imply that an old program is to blame.
    More like new personnel doing poor jobs putting this rocket together.

    Yep, there seems to be lots of inaccuracies and speculation (or just plain manipulation) in the reporting.
    Yet, that mis-programming hypothesis, while likely a valid one, may also not be fact.

    The point: Now, more than ever, it is harder to get real facts from our AGING JOURNALISTIC (reporters/systems)!
    (How's THAT for a taste of reporter's own medicine?!)

    Any semi-intelligent adult knows that ANYTHING done at home is cheaper.
    One's time at home making coffee is usually considered valuable stress-free (meditation) of sorts; just an added benefit.
    It could be argued that home brew coffee is much more to preferences than any other service.

    So, fine! DON'T by a coffee-shop coffee for $2.50! Don't by a deli sandwhich for $8! Don't buy a deli salad for $7!
    Go home for breakfast/lunch/dinner! Then, invest your savings!

    Now get back to work finding important articles worth reviewing!

    Ah, yet, ye are missing important ramifications.
    If AI is outlawed, only outlaws will have AI.
    And, if AI proceeds to outperform humans, then we are at the (lack of) mercy of such outlaw AI.

    If we fail to develop AI, and keep ahead of it, we risk becoming subject to whatever it becomes.
    And that may not be a good thing for humans.

    Technology is being allowed to be given to entities that do not the proper use.
    And, this is further proof that this internet thing needs to be regulated as a PUBLIC UTILITY which, ultimately, means that NET NEUTRALITY is a MUST.

    I seem to remember something about a pee-sicle happening in the past up there.
    Which implies that human waste is ejected from the ISS into space.

    I know that when I pee out of my moving car, it gets all over the car!
    I never checked the bacteria there, yet there does sometimes seem some strange crap on my car that is NOT from my pee!

    Yet, on a serious note, whether from earth-based human activity or not, it does seem that life from elsewhere in the universe should not be a surprise.

    Regardless of what's "under the hood"?

    If it absolutely works at least as good as any alternative, then it seems a good tool, no matter how the process is done.

    WHAT EXTENSIONS (for Quantum)?!

    Quantum is out, and it works, and it is faster than prior versions of Firefox, yet there are a myriad of extensions that do not work on Quantum - STILL!

    The fubar thing here is that these extensions desperately need porting ASAP!
