WTF are 1000 people doing working on a browser?! Mozilla needs a quick kick in the ass to get back to their core product, focus on their actual users and dump the bloat that no one wanted or even asked for.
In my opinion, this does not go far enough. These entities are in the business of trust. Once you break that trust ONCE, it should be game over! No warnings, slap on the wrist, suspensions or other nonsense. You break that trust and you should be removed permanently.
I'm not so sure. The Swiss also had strong protections and privacy laws regarding bank accounts but look what happened to those when the IRS wanted the data on US citizens.
Get rid of this paid itwbennett schill! Two articles in one day all going to the same website. Look at his post history. Every post goes to one of two sites! If this is what whiplash meant by improving Slashdot, there is no hope left for this site.
No more itwbennet! We don't want paid schills for cio.com or csoonline.com. Notice every single one of his posts links to these two sites? Enough is enough!
No more itwbennet! All his posts link to csoonline.com or cio.com. Obviously a paid schill. And his posts are not worth the bits they are printed with. Kick him to the curb!
Come on Slashdot! itwbennett is the new nervals lobster schill on/. All of his posts link to ITWorld or cio.com, both owned by the same company. At least disclose these ties. We know Dice is hurting for cash to pay their execs their $1 million salaries but this is just ridiculous. You are alienating and losing your most loyal users and soon there will be nothing left.
Stop! Just stop already!
Nobody gives a shit about Dice's clickbait fluff pieces void of content. We know you need to justify Dice's executive management's $1M salaries (http://finance.yahoo.com/q/pr?s=DHX+Profile) but this is getting ridiculous and you are alienating your most loyal users.
Fuck off Dice we don't care about your shitty fluff pieces passing as news! You will not get any ad dollars from me and I encourage everyone else not to click or respond to this garbage.
Stop posting this "user's" aka Dice's stories on Slashdot! His entire history of posts all link to the user's own i-programmer.info site in order to generate traffic and ad impressions. Enough is enough already!

Use pHash instead, my open source perceptual hashing library that can detect similar audio, video, images and text files. It does not use Shazam's patented algorithm, which isn't all that great anyhow.
Remember when Slashdot had interesting stories?
