Meeting someone you are going to be interested in for the long-term, as opposed to one night of sex, means seeking out those qualities that might initially turn you off. you mean like the library?
ack! in egypt, mcdonalds, beano's, celantro and other notable coffee shops have offered free wifi for almost 2 years now. i dint realise we had it good compared to others. but then again. an unlimited 256k dsl connection is only 95le per month.
brain dead! i agree.. i had a support personnel come over to help us on his software and was asked the question "what languages do you understand?" he replied with "english, french, arabic and a little german"
my wife used citrix in her branch office. over 256k dsl. the dsl went down. the branch went down. the dsl slowed to a crawl the office slowed to a crawl. in the end they bought pcs for each user in the branch. did i also mention the citrix server was 3000 km away from egypt? in italy too.
mmm.. mind if i follow your corollary? george w bush is george bush's son. the kid has been living and breathing presidential quality his entire life. looks like the people of america picked a good one.
i believe he was referring to the amount of money spent as being out of proportion for example you say the US donated 1billion for the victims. other sources say the US has upped the military budget by as much as 100billion a year.
of course, with the tsunami it is an act of god, where as the iraq and afghan war was an "act of economics" (C)(R) (patent pending)
lets assume it has which leaves us with what? i use the pseries and if that is outdated technology then WOW! they dont need to be innovative coz their "ancient" machines are waaaay ahead of their competitors. they do HARDWARE virtualisation from the way back when. ask any as/400 geek. ask any AIX geek.
the word is LPAR. imprint it on your forehead. LPAR - Logical PARtitioning of the hardware. CPU and memory can be allocated on the fly. of course some software can take that kind of innovation (see oracle and memory) but AIX can. and hot pluggable pci slots. yes slots.
and SMITty. that way years way ahead of YAST2 or system-config-* - logging everything that you do in the control panel in such a way you can copy, paste into a script????
