As all the potentially good ideas it must be done already but you just don't know it yet.
The same happened to my idea about a flock of computer-guided mechanical birds that would cause havoc to our enemies or rioters or just help surveil terrain.
Guess good ideas happen to many people at same time.

People who think this book "encapsulates mathematics" are the same people who think that the movie Pi was accurate.
