No joke, an honest question. Is breathing OK ?
Isn't there something about "innocent until proven guilty". Of course, this idea - which is not mentioned in your post - may not be admitted in Australia, I don't honestly know.
But it should be - admitted in Australia, I mean.
Shouldn't that be "...found that a single study cannot be studied as multiple studies " . I don't know... I'm just asking. But if such were the case, I'd understand what you're saying.
Thanks - I did not know about this. I'd really like to have the second link - Virtual Floppy Drive - that you mention in your post. I'm looking for it, but I haven't found it yet. I think that if you post a reply to this with "the missing link", I get it handed to me by e-mail and it will be visible to all on/. . This is the best way for the good of the community. I am, however, going to try an e-mail to the address you give on your post. Thanks again.
Yep, I use the g-mail gag too. It does get around the site permissions problem. If I understand it though, you're neither a floppy nor a USB drive supporter ? You use neither ? Well, I have the same basic position as you - but I use both. There are sites where incoming e-mails with attachements are forbidden. I use CD/DVD also - in fact I'll use anything that will do the job. If I have a choice (which is always nice), I'll go for the least expensive adequate solution. Notice, if you want, that USB drives are good on Linux too.
I agree. They are just as useful as Microsoft and maybe even more since they work under Linux too. (As do USB drives, by the way.) But please, I've friends who use Microsoft and floppy drives also. They are quite happy with the two solutions - one is expensive, the other is not ; there's a kind of balance, don't you think. You may have friends and, if so, some of them may use and be happy with the Microsoft/floppy solution. If you don't want to be kind to your friends, please take a thought for mine. When you notice that a Linux user achieves the same kind of balance if equipped with a USB drive - one is inexpensive while the other is still relatively expensive.......
Comment is about as useful as..... well, I just don't know how to put it - since all the camels I have ever encountered came equipped with a complete digestive tract. How did we move from a lap-top stand (which floats !) to unclean underware which must have its own perfume ? I don't feel qualified to mod the parent - up or down - I don't understand it. Looks like abuse to me.
I'm sure that you are absolutely right - you are in a better position to know than am I. I know also that "what goes up, must come down" is an axiom which is not to be denied - even in this context. Let us just hope that what goes up this time will come down at the correct speed, the correct temperature, and that it will come to rest at the place foreseen.
Have fun folks, as you do your thing.
I'm with you. What's wrong with Microsoft anyhow ? As far as I'm concerned, if they're not good for a laugh, they're at least good for a smile. And Bill Gates, what a marketeer ! But wait, I've friends who use Microsoft - and, please, they have rights too. Microsoft makes some of my friends happy. Can this be bad ? If I was into zealotry, I'd be a priest. Come on guys, lighten up. I'm sure that you too have friends - and that some of them liked Micosoft.
It's not bashing - just having a quiet giggle. The zealot approach is only for people have no real idea. I'm with you - if it does the job and you get it for a decent price and delivery delay, then why worry. Brand loyalty is for grandmothers at the supermarket. If my neighbour likes irradiated potatoes he can get them at the supermarket - my preference is for potatoes which are just a little more normal; but that's only my preference. I've heard that it we all live in democracies - its a free country.
I was in the army with a fellow called Harry Krishna. He was Greek. I'm confused - is sombody insulting my old friend ? As somebody said, "'Tis better to give than to receive". But I forget what he died of - I know he was poor though.
All police persons are the same. They have this "tique" - gotta keep asking questions. If no new questions, then re-ask the same question until inspiration hits. Such a tactic also serves to keep someone holding the telephone until the police arrive. They like to have "a body" to question at the police station. The tactic to use - if you're moved to do your civic duty - is to make the report and make it complete and concise then, when asked for your name etc. be seized with a coughing fit, let the handset fall (so that it stays off the hook) and get the heck out of there. Don't worry, they'll come. But don't stay or they'll keep you forever - unless you want cups of free tea and some free (but truly awful) food. The same tactic is to be used if you hear the same question more than, say, twice. Many members of my family serve in different police forces round the world - some even in London - and believe me, brother, I know whereof I speak. Especially about the food.
Not required. The police would just have to alter their "untended package" message just a little bit and anyone seen in the tube with their trousers down and "playing" with their more inimate parts would be immediately reported. But they would have to make the change to the message. Essential ! So good old goat something has no place here.
Google type question: Did you mean "height" ?
Spelling is important, and if you didn't mean "height of the cold war" then what did you mean ?
And, while we're at it, which "economic centers" do you mean ?
Correct ! Without reservation, correct ! Now let me add one. I've been working all day today (Sunday) on a LAN/WAN complex which suffered a "visitation" during the latter half of last week. I think all will be well when the employees arrive tomorrow morning. I'll be collecting a really nice hourly rate for the work I've done over the last three days. So yes... as long as there is Microsoft software there will always be a need for firewalls.... but, as long as there are articles like this one I'm always going to be paid (and well). Please don't discourage them; I need my holidays etc. (And I deserve them, dammit ! As a bacon saver, I'm worth the money. No, really !)

You got to read it then ? Must have been special if you've been reading some of the articles I've been reading.
Ah, these hills - you've just got to stop lucinating on them.
I must admit that, yes, I did. Please notice that I'm ashamed to admit it, though.

Yes, I think I am - Nom d'une Pipe

Positively pornogaphic, I say
Yes, and why not ? But does the spouse (to say nothing of the offspring) run Linux ?
I bet they each have a copy ready for 12:01 time on Saturday. They're just shy about the news getting out.
Well well, bloody well. Sorry - but it did have to happen. And why not, I ask you ? Good for you fellows, chaps, folks.

I considered it. Much prefer to think about "the cute Iris I knew".
Did they look in on John-Paul 2 ? Just a thought, excuse it please.

My brother lives in Australia. This whole thing is surely his fault.
