And besides, once again (just like sony by himself did) they are attacking the wrong people (the ones thal legally purchase music). So it is not fail, if a i want to listen to music on the go, i have to use those "old fashioned" discmans. Yeah sure, not problem.

In order to survive record company should change their ideology and philosophy so like apple did (and im not a mac fanboy, but they have made all the right desisions in tha last years). I believe that in the future, musicians wont need this stupid buffers withing their music and people. If your music is good, than internet will be your friend and will help you all the way. Think about that? Well, the RIAA has, and they fear that. That is what all this problem is about. They are not bitching about their current incommings, they are bitching because they now a very dark future is upon them.

You know, im from Ecuador and now im studying in Germany. But it piss me off, that german tv and german cable sucks. At my home i have espn and i can watch mostly all the games in want to watch and with the commentators i want to hear. Now, should i pay again the tv rights here in Germany AGAIN when i am already paying there in Ecuador?? It is true that not many people are in my position and tv channels and corporations will have to redesign their business (how can in example be narutos rights of tv lucrative, when everybody has already downloaded it via BT or in Germany the tv rights for Scrubs. Harder times awaits the tv business. Specially here in Germany
Thats probabily a confusion. Its the name for latinamerica. For USA would be view, for germany Ausehen. I mean wtf. And i thought that tux was not very comercial. Maybe gates team are out of ideas. Longhorn was pretty better in some way. Perhaps the next outcoming linux distro should be name terminator or i dont know. Anyway the people buy anything. I mean come on, they give away money for windows and they dont give a damn.

Stick with the nintendo ds. it has all what you need already built in. And you dont have to buy such devices
