in applesoft basic apple g was a beep and ? was shorthand for print. I would write this at the end of class turn off the monitor and sometime during the next class period the computer would start beeping constantle.. wow I am a dork...
Ea had a winner on there hands with Motor City online a heck of a MMOPRG, that allowed you to build and race classic american cars against other people. The physics models where some of the best I have ever experienced. But they closed down even with 20,000 members at 20 a month. This engine could easily have spawned a Nascar or riceburner version that would have made EA more money but they closed it down and shelved it. Sure people wanted the server apps so indepencent servers could be created. But EA just developes and then kills before things come to full completion. Does anyone know how many subs E and B had?
hmmm Things to do with the old apple II clone and IIgs in my garage. Although a part of me wants to hold onto the IIGS as a potential collectors item. But that old commie 64 case might have enough room... I wonder how the keyboard was wired in that.
I am very suprised that the Sorenson ended up so bad. Generally when you watch Soreneson encoded stuff it is very very clean... IE most movie trailers. I remember the very first few of Sorenson on an apple 8.5 cd with a Bare Naked Ladies video, we blew that thing up and stop framed and found almost no artification. Generally I use sorenson, and end up with much better results.
Why is it that in UT 15 kills is monster kill, In quake it is Uber kill and in Counter-strike it is Kicked By Console?

Ok just kidding. The ink has metals in and should I would think tend to heat up faster then other parts of the bill. Hence causing Jackson to blush.
