    utter rubbish.

    Putin doesnt need to mess with the internet to maintain power.

    All he has to do is keep rebuilding Russia and making more and more russians mega rich, while at the same time not allow amerifags to stop him.

    This is about sovereignty. why should a Russian citizens packets visiting Russian social media need to be routed through virginia?

    Russian websites english and russian are orders of magnitude less censored than western site.

    at least microsoft allow you to make money. if you get a successful app on an apple platform they will release their own competitor and then kick you off for competing with them.

    surely a prerequisite of being an "American company" is that you have some money in America?

    Apple dont have any money in in America.

    The closest they come to having money in America is setting aside a small amount to pay "geniuses" to tell customers their otherwise perfectly working hardware needs completely replacing.

    Because he didnt have a conflict of interest from being involved in the Trump campaign.

    Luckily for the entire Americunt justice system. Previously investigating criminals in the past doesnt mean you have to recuse yourself from investigating criminals in the future.

    Being motivated to put effort into finding crime makes for a good investigator.

    And also, he had previously been involved in covering up both Trump and Clintons visits to Lolita island, so they could be sure he wouldn't expose too much about the wrong people.

  15. Pretty much my take. This repeatability problem has absolutely nothing to do with ML and everything to do with researchers hammering a dataset into a form that says what they wanted to say when they first started the research. Something that has been happening since before the invention of the transistor.

    Only reason this is coming to light now is the likes of sci hub made the garbage widely accessible, rather than to only those few who already knew it was probably bs before they opened it.

    Thats a lot more than it costs to create an alternate domain name, if each of those sites creates 10000 alternate domain names, they might run into some problems paying the bill.

    Anyway, All this does is kill apple off faster, since the result will be less people buying apple products, there will be less people to recommend apple products. typical vicious downward cycle of a company in the decline phase of the business cycle.

    you might want to read a little further on modern crypto. Its all cracked. A russian mathmatician solved the prime factorisation problem two decades ago.
