So lets extend this out a little further; We have established that two party conversations would be wire tapping (if i read your reply correctly). Now hang with me, if I am walking down the street alone I am not pivley to this statute unless another party is involved - (so this is where the hang in part arrives) if i were to mug somone would the one of the parties need to be informed that a recording was being conducted? Otherwise the evidence wouldn't be admisable into court?

I know it sucks, refer back to my orignal posting, but privacy is crucial to prevent abuse. I would throughly enjoy confronting the neighbor about dog poop but I wouldn't want to sacrifice my own privacy in public areas; thus, no recorodings for abuse.

If I am walking down the road with a friend and you record my conversation with a video camera, wouldn't this be considered wire-tapping? If I were walking down the sidewalk by myself would that be the same? What the law is vague on is which parties need to be informed. Is it the camera operator, or the person being recorded?

Has anyone calculated the orbit of Uranus in regards to slowing? I mean: if you take a bicycle wheel spinning, it will easily rotate about a lateral axis as in rolling about axis as in the earth; but if you try twisting the wheel, as in the orbit in Uranus, the wheel slows much more rapidly. It seems that the planet would exert a slowing orbit or slowing rotation. Any physicists tackle this calculation?

There was once either a federal ruling or states were trying to regulate the use of surveillance cameras; the recording of conversations is a federal violation under wire tapping regulations. Now some lawmakers were extending the use of recording people in the same sense as wire-tapping. Hmm, it seems to be all right to record crowds if you're a government entity. But if you record video of your front yard to see who's stealing your gas or which neighbor's dog is pooping on your yard then you may be considered a criminal.

It was just discussed earlier today that some users cant install Mozilla on restricted systems but you can download the zip files on run from any directory. So there is no need to patch IE. Just start with mozilla.
Some option you will want to use are under edit -> preferences -> Navigator:
+ Tabbed browsing - turn on Load Links in background, Add, Tabs, Middle click and ctrl-enter
+ Smart browsing - Enable Internet Keywords, Auto complete, Domain Guessing

The key for someone new is to try it. Don't listen to everyone one trying to shove Mozilla at you, but simply check it out for say 3 days. If you don't like it then that is ok but I bet you will start saying that it's a great browser.

But this started a spiral down for GL, he lost some edge during this time.

Classic example was in RTOJ; he maliciously wrote items in the script to discredit ESB
    - Leigh and Luke Kissing - GL hide the fact that they were siblings.
    - Ewoks - what can I say other than get off of JarJar and move back to script
GL just needs to relax and think back to original days and it will be good. I have read that GL didn't hold any punches on Episode III to the point of almost getting an R rating. I hope it is the best of the series...

CVS is a good file management tool but doesn't handle the SCM side very well (Linus mentioned in the article refusing to use CVS). I have used various SCM tools most are very good and if you don't complain but try to understand the process, you'll find yourself 10x more productive (I said I was 10x more productive but no one believed me) - I'm just finally glade someone can actually measure the success of a good SCM product and people may believe others when they say that a good SCM tool will make them much more productive; instead of looking like a dog when you blow a high pitch whistle.
