In case anyone is interested they can go to wikipedia for more information on Isaac Asimov and his robot series which include not only the short stories but also full length novels. Note also that the robots and their laws appear in some of his other series. Also also - he does have stories where the robots don't follow the three laws and some are without laws whatsoever.
Apparently you weren't around when the 486 was brand spankin new. AMD was NOT the choice if you wanted a good chip.
Course.. that shit was expensive - even after the pentium came out my brother picked this beauty up:
Micron
Intel 486DX4-100
8MB RAM
800MB HD
4X CDROM
14" CRT (1024X768)
1MB Video
All this for only $1700!
That's a dumb ass response. They sued each other ON THE SAME DAY. They were in talks to discuss each other's patents and work out a deal. It falls through - they both sue each other *AT THE SAME TIME*. Maybe you should re-read TFA.
They have some of the tightest timings I've seen on memory (See the black level II). Expensive though.
What a rip...

I didn't spec out a laptop as it's difficult to compare that to another company's offering but I did spec out a desktop model.
Came to $3175.00 (before shipping/tax)
Specced it out with almost exact system at newegg.com and it came out to $2195.17 with shipping included (couldn't find exact psu or hsf)
Ahhh but wait! You ask.. where does my extra $1000 go? If you read the fine print on FNW's website it says this:
You get FOR FREE:
Falcon T-Shirt, Custom Mousing Surface
and a 3.5" Floppy drive
That $333 T-Shirt better be 100% cotton!!@)&@%#
Ziiiiiiiiiiiiing!
WTF part of the USA do these people live in where they DONT do the MM/DD/YY scheme? I've been doing it all my life and I'm in California.
