Since the US Armed Forces, DoD, et al. still use Windows it would be prudent for all of them to employ BitLocker or whole drive encryption even on the unclassified computers. The reason being is that I just made a flash drive today that can still blank out the local system admin password on any windows computer in existance (unless they have BitLocker or TruCrypt).

Also, you can get really good All Season tires for dry grip too with some of the Toyo Versado tires and the like. They use softer compounds and are H speed rated.

However, its not like it is hard for the Police to wait until you go to lunch and then bug your car. And by the way I said that this is how they would rule a long time ago. Since you can follow someone in public without a warrant then you can track their vehicle with electronics without warrant.

ACORN was one of those established organizations. It operated for over 30 years. But you cannot simply accept that something should exist simply because that's how we have always done it. What I'm talking about is continuous process improvement. This is historically something Government fails at but it is needed. ACORN needed to go whether they were committing fraud or not. They served no purpose and wasted taxpayer dollars. Also, I don't get outraged at everything but until our Government actually operates on a Budget that uses LESS MONEY then they take in then I will continue to be outraged at EVERY expenditure.

Sound is measured in Decibels which is a logarithmic scale because sound has to be exponentially louder for you to hear the difference. In the same vein, sound (like light) falls off in intensity at the inverse of the square. So if you are twice as far away then it is half as loud. This holds true unless the sound is reflecting off of something. So while sound polution is a problem, the intesity of the speakers will not need to be that loud to alert people who are close to the car. In other words, while it will make a sound, it won't be so loud as to cause a problem.

That article is OLD and he is not saying that Megapixels don't matter. He then goes on to say you would need a 25 megapixel camera to meet 35mm uality and that such a camera is not feasable. Well I have to give him a Bill Gates because it is moronic to say anything is not technically feasable because in 10 years you look like a fool.

To get to the POINT, I own a Canon 5D Mark II which is a 21 Megapixel sensor. I have shot plenty of 35mm film and I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that this sensor blows 35mm film out of the fucking water! You can see the images I take here. http://shezphoto.zenfolio.com/ and www.shezphoto.com Those are not even full res (although you can buy some of them full resolution). I have blown up the images to 24" x 36" and all the detail remains intact. I'm sure I could go larger but I just haven't.
