    I would say this is in direct disagreement with your previous statement.

    Congress typically passes vague laws so that the responsibility of the effect of the law is lessened or more easily deflected.

    It is up to the courts to reject laws as too vague and require them to have more specificity.

    Laws would be much less absurd if they left no room for interpretation. #1 this would lead to a fear in passing laws and #2 this would reduce their breadth

    I don't think they will cut off customers. It would be a huge support hassle for them. We lost connection the other day and they sent out a tech guy the next day. That can't be cheap considering they are all contractors.

    Cell phone voice quality is horrible. Sometimes it is pretty hard to get through a thirty minute phone call and keep the 'excuse me, what?' count under 10. I can't even imagine what trying to do skype over a 3g connection is going to be like.

    Time magazine did a feature 6-7 years ago about the rise of autism. One of the reasons for the rise in autism was attibuted to the rise in technology type jobs that favored introverted people. Researchers concluded that introverted people are more likely to have autistic children.

    I've surprisingly seen novell software in a ton of academic and corporate settings and I've experienced only a few... off the top of my head 10 or so out of 12 places I know of use Novell on XP

    is the vaguest most political term to call a gun. It includes everything from pistols with big stocks to large caliber machine guns. In a past law a gun was labeled an assault gun based on its accessories...
