All of that was true a year ago when he first started running.

The fact that they are only getting around to reporting that now is a media problem.

Trumps run has been great for ratings meaning cash. And cash is all that matters.

If thats the game they want to play alright then. In order to avoid regulatory loopholes, businesses operating under common can no longer offer non common carrier services.

I'd be more than happy to have all isp's be just isp's. If all they can compete on is data service, we might start to see some real advancement in isp offerings.

  8. Non coverage areas. Meaning no signal for tracking. If you can't track your location you might as well be using a paper map at that point.

  9. Your cell picks up the signal faster because it's also getting location data from tower triangulation which also gps signal to be picked up faster as it already knows your location.

You Garmin may have just needed updating.

  10. Weak cell signal. Most phones have pretty weak gps units that are augmented by cell tower triangulation. If it can't find a strong tower signal, you're unlikely to get a gps signal at all.

That's also why they tend to work better/more accurately in a city than a standalone gps unit does.

Yeah this isn't the old day where visiting a porn or warez site and you got hit with a virus, you deserved it. Today visiting CNN can get you infected with a virus.

Today you have to run ad blocks and no scripts to keep from getting infected, while the ad networks are actively working to undermine those same solutions while doing little to stop the malware.

The easy solution to this issue is to stop the revolving door. Yes people in the industry can become regulators, but after that they can't be allowed back into, or do direct business with that same industry once leaving office.

A wall street banker, can join the SEC, but after doing so, can no longer go back into the banking industry, or a cable executive can join the FCC, but afterwords can't go back into the telecommunications industry.

  17. The fact that they don't deny the authenticity of these releases should tell you all you need to know about it. If they were fabricated at all they would be shouting about it on every news outlet they could talk to for weeks.

Sure she can. Once elected she can ignore them just as Obama did once he got elected. She'll use the same excuse of "Republican obstruction" forcing her to this and that just the same as the Obama administration has done since day 1.

What most politicians say during a campaign has no bearing on what they're actually going to do once elected.
