This is pathetic. They're trying as hard as they can to patent everything damn-near possible with software so they can destroy Linux. This kind of bullshit is what makes the patent system useless. Damn, I hope karma is real, because Microsoft, prepare to bend over, and take it hard from the GNAA.
Also, I believe the encryption key was provided in two parts: a dongle containing part of the key, and then also a key requested of the user during boot.
SHUT THE FUCK UP! I'm sick of hearing this over and over again. Enough is enough. Just because you weren't the maker of Linux doesn't mean Linus isn't.
Directron is cheapest most of the time. I built a computer with the stuff I bought at Directron. It was relatively new stuff at the time, and it cost me about $900. Very nice price.
I've watched too much Chobits perhaps, but is it right for a human to fall in love with an artificially intelligent(and emotional) robot? Just a thought of what could happen...
Either this came from an anti-trust settlement, or Microsoft is trying to pull something wicked, again. It's not usual for them to offer something free, at least, not something they made money off of.
Very wierd. My senses tell me that something isn't right.
First we had to have automatic sinks because we were too lazy to turn them on, then we had warning labels on toys with a circumference of four inches, then we had an idiot who sued McDonalds because it made her fat... Now we're so lazy we have to have a camera we don't press a button on? That's sad... Just plain sad...
OFFTOPIC, I know, but, so is this whole day. Whoa, really?! Hey, somebody, anybody, try slashdotting my Page! I need some hits, and a few members. Join us...
In the latest 2.6, you can write to NTFS, but it's just not trustworthy, at least, for me.

"Yeah, dude, that's really lete [sic], you'll get lots of respect."
This is an obvious troll. Please mods... Do not mod this crap up.

for the 7th protocol! Aren't we supposed to be connected without electronics, then?
Those who have seen Serial Experiments Lain would get the joke. Those who don't, I feel sorry for you.

Imagine a Beowulf cluster of eBlocks!
Investors are simply beginning to understand how weak SCO's case is.
Then why is Microsoft still invested... Oh, wait a minute...

That's just great! Now the media will consider FTP a movie-stealing method. Then the MPAA will call a ban to all FTP servers!
