It will be paid for the same way everything is paid for elsewhere... taxes.
You will see the tax burden in the US raised to 75% or so, but healthcare will be free. And the taxes will be justified based on "now you have free healthcare". And since the taxes will only affect the top earners in the country, nobody in Alabama will notice, much.
Except there will be no more small businesses, because they can't pay the taxes. Big businesses? No problem.
They can't get away from this eventuality. It is really the only way to go, at least short term. And we have seen it coming for a while now.
Joe Plumber... is that you?
Yes. Raising taxes 3% for the top 5% while lowering taxes for the other 95% of the country is evil deeds. Especially when that 3% on the 5% existed before Bush started making the biggest gap between the rich and poor since the 1920's.
Small businesses aren't effected by any tax increase unless there Profit (not revenue) is past $250,000 a year. If you a business owner is taking home more than $250,000 a year, then yes, he will be in a higher taxed bracket. However, 98% of small businesses do NOT fall in this category.
GLHF.
I love for the room to be empty and a movie on that I've seen at least 10+ times (Matrix, Transformers, Billy Madison, whatever) so it's noise but it's not distracting. Then of course I need to have my trusty whiteboard next to me.
If no TV Room - then it would be any place with a comfortable chair, good keyboard and mouse, dual screens and really comfortable headphones with the music at ELEVEN!
You whole response is just lame and I'm guessing you have problems in social settings.
A. I go without making a phone call on my cell for days let alone one flight. However, I could still care less if somebody is in earshot of me talking on their phone. I don't have ADD and can't still manage. What if somebody makes 4-5 plan trips a week? Are they still "Sad" for wanting to use the phone on a flight?
B. It appears that you will be the one dealing with it shortly.
C. My cell doesn't just let me make or receive phone calls occasionally. I can also listen to music, browse web pages, watch video, send text messages, etcetera.;)
oh noes! I'm going to be hearing people talk on their cell phones! boo hoo! I've don't own headphones and can't possibly block out somebody talking near me. boo hoo! Some kid is going to be text messaging next to me!! IT WILL MAKE ME KILL PEOPLE -- Good grief -- That is such a lame response to this./2cents
I would have just run the PURGE command page 90.
But, this guy must have looked at page 93 and changed the parameters for the Cassette.
I'll bbl... Going to go look to see if there is a Triton ATM machine around me and cross my fingers it's this model and then prey to God (or Satan) that the default password hasn't been changed.
Maybe you are just 22 percent more likely to be criminal if you are ugly?
Oh Noes!! A young cute white Girl died for some reason - MAKE A NEW LAW!!!

It seams like this is complaining just for the sake of complaining. Does anything with the word iPhone in it get the greenlight on slashdot?

They need to put weed in the game as a resource and make it so people are happier but, not as productive.
