    We're used to washing things like dishcloth/teatowels regularly, what's so hard about washing linen shopping bags? It annoys me a bit, I used to use the disposable shopping bags for rubbish, now I buy 'dedicated' rubbish bags that are made from heavier, less degradable plastic. Talk about the law of unforeseen consequences!

    The article is about Mircrosoft's Surface tablet which is marketed at 64GB but is delivered with 60GiB and confusing (and angering) customers. Not sure if maybe the link was added after you read the summary? The article is datelined this past Saturday. http://www.edbott.com/weblog/2013/02/microsoft-needs-to-move-into-the-decimal-world/

    What I find surprising is that surface *has* customers.

    Alternatively, you could cold-call people at dinnertime, pretend to be from Microsoft, and tell them there's something wrong with their computer. No-one would *ever* have done that before.

    It might be easier to track RFID devices and cards that people carry, than phones with WIFI

    New, yes, custom yes, but I wonder about its cool factor. If you think you'd be able to make a case 1/10 as attractive as a Samsung Nexus (for instance) you'd be deluding yourself.
