Comma abuse is something that afflicts lots of high-school to college grads. I went to rehab for 2 years, and it was the best thing that ever happened to me.
I care, because I hate cellphones enough as it is, and in such a small, enclosed space, it'd be even worse.

What I want to know is this: Why didn't anybody think of this sooner?
How long has Florida and the East Coast been having hurricanes that are potentially dangerous and destructive? Although Florida may be an optimal place for shuttle launch, it's not the best place to build...anything.
I work in a medical imaging department, so I have a pretty good understanding of how it works. For the most part, you hit the nail on the head. What probably happened is they took a very precise CT of his head, and then reconstructed a 3-dimentional image from the axial CT.
It's really interesting, because it's actually very accurate...This probably gives us a very good idea of what he looked like.
And yet, if I went out to try and buy a mobile phone which runs Linux for the geek value, I wouldn't be able to find one. Maybe it's in the wrong embedded marketsHowever, many are programmed in Java...Personally, I'd like to hack mine for the geek value.
Anyone know of a good place to download ROMs anyways?
You know, that's a question that I ask myself every day when I get out of bed...well, not really. But I do wonder about good places to get roms...Most of the best ones, the small sites, with just the ones you were looking for were shut down/faded away; which could have been because of the crackdown on pirate software circa 99/00.
On another note, I've seen emulators for PSX/N64, but they ran so slow, it wasn't even worth it. I'd like to see one that has real time capabilities for consumer level processing power.
What a waste of money to have to buy all that extra crap when the notebook is easily able to do it in software. It's an even bigger waste in a notebook where space for internal peripherals is at a huge premium.
What are you talking about? This is software, blockhead. It's just committing resources at startup to another os(Linux)so less resources can be used to play media. It's not hardware at all. Except that it's on a laptop.
Well, considering how many people dropped Hotmail like a bad habit as soon as gmail came out, I think that there's a good change a Google IM program might have the same effect.
Funny, I always thought Hotmail was a bad habit... But really. I think it's safe to say that everything that is google is not neccecarily great. To me, this looks like a ploy to sell stock.

I agree. This is something that a psychologist would call a characteristic of personality, which everyone knows can be changed. Personalities and ideas change with experience.
Perhaps they should have had two articles to cover the two different topics?
How about this: "Simoniker's New Adventure" on the main page, and "Independent Adventuring..." on the Games page. That way, there's no confusion. simoniker, you will indeed be missed. Thanks for a year and a half of good stories and good fun.

I think that this would work great, if it was in fact cross-platform. But if it only plays PC, then it's just as good as a PC with a cable modem.
