And this, Apple fanboys, is how Apple will treat you if you ever (consciously or unconsciously) cross Apple's road. Or if Apple decides to cross your road.
    With contempt.

Draw rounded rectangle on your iPad? Forbidden. Make a successful iOS app? Apple will copy it, and reject your app from the app store.

It doesn't matter how many iDevices you own, Apple will bite you in the end. And it will make everybody believe that you were the bad guy.

So please, for your own sake and for ours, get off the bandwagon while you still can.

The annoying thing about it is, rubber banding works sometimes, but not always.
The rule seems to be that rubber banding is activated only when the display contains scrollable content.
They should make it behave the same way, regardless of whether the content is scrollable.
Geez... it really gets me irritated, such basic UI concept and they can't even get it right.

    2. Privacy invasion. Now you can give your private information to big corporations with much more ease! And betray your friends too!

    4. Spoil it for the nerds. With this laptop, you can help big corporations improve their new lock-in business models, and make generic computing devices more obsolete than ever! Soon, nerds will not even be able to find a brand of computer they can actually write code for freely!
    5. Be laughed at by Apple users. Your not-so-round corners, and scientifically founded (thus not magical) features will make you an instant comedian!

What actually happens is that the publishers want BOTH: Google redirecting people to their sites and getting money from Google for doing so.

What google should do is the following: extend the robots.txt file format to include a way for publishers to say: this is how we'd like you to cite our website.
That is, the literal text that google (or other indexers) may use to refer to a website.

    There. Problem solved.
