    There is no standard that mandates a web server to be on port 80.

    RFC 6335 may not be a "standard", but using goofy ports is still bad practice.

    Site says 200/40. The September announcement about them starting with the UofR says gigabit down (unspecified upstream) "by the end of this decade".

    Must be a regional thing. All they show as available here is 100Mbps/500GB or 250Mbps/750GB, and a few lower plans.

    Either that or they don't show the higher limit plans on the site.

    Your experience is probably because their 100 Mb is only available as "unlimited" (500GB cap).

    My 90 HP TDI gets around just fine and I have no issues on the highway but I despite getting the "Can you take that out on the highway" (people really are that dumb).

    Hell, my previous car that rolled out of Newark 20 years ago only output 100HP (probably significantly less by the time I bought it) and would still carry you clear to the limiter (171kph).

    Ad campaign aside, the American version of the smart is a gimped heap of junk.

    Smart gasoline Europe : 4.7 L/100 km
    Smart diesel Europe : 3.4 L/100 km
    Smart gasoline US : 6.5 L/100 km

    How the hell did they manage to cut the fuel economy by that much?

    Taken down all the emulators? News to me. Searching right now I see gameboy (original, colour, and advance), NES, SNES, Gamegear, Master System, ColecoVision, and Commodore emulators available.

    The ones that got taken down were license violations. For example, SNESDroid was a port of SNES9x, without the copyright notice and being sold commercially, which the license prohibits.

    Tricky, sure, but nowhere near impossible.

    Rather than giving the money to their campaign, you give it to family members, in the form of low-work, high pay jobs. Or employ the MP in a similar position after they get their asses booted from office.

    Unless you're in a pitch black room, you're currently being blasted by terahertz radiation. 1-400 THz is IR. 400-700THz is visible light.

    It is illegal to deny EMERGENCY healthcare to people. Once they're stabilized, the emergency is over and they're not required to do anything further.

    All Greece tried to do was shorten the work life and let people have a decent retirement, and it bankrupted the country in 20 years.

    Greece's current problems has less to do with that than with the mistake of basing a large portion (18.2% of their GDP and 19% of their workforce) of their economy on tourism, which made them incredibly sensitive to economic downturns in other countries.
