The people who will be upset with it are the people that own the studios, so there are not that many. We should still be aware that they won't be able to buy that new condo every year. Think of them. Think of them as long as they think about you.
I just go online and book, most of the times. I can immediately see when tables are free. I never go to a salon, but I would imagine the process would be similar. No need to call the restaurant and have them closed or have somebody answer the phone while you have to wait for your beer when you are there.

No, it is pre-installation. Your kids run Linux because that is what the computer they got was running. The same happens with adults. They buy a computer or a phone or a tablet and run whatever it runs.
People will have an iphone, a Windows desktop and an android tablet all at the same time and they do not care.

Scroll to the bottom and you can click on "Export subscriptions". It will be an OPML file. I import that into Liferea and only log in to YouTube to add and remove channels. I also close my browser, so all cookies get nuked.
This is about Google so it could change in the next 30 minutes. They have moved it around a lot already.
And I then also hope that the next place does not lower the taxes to 0% for Amazon. Because they are just promoting a race to the bottom. They will get nothing and when they want to ask Amazon for their share, they will move to the next one.
The only ones winning abre the Amazon shareholders by not paying taxes.

That is 120 EUR a year. That is nothing for a professional, but still a lot of money for the average person. And the downside is that you do not own the software. That is also not good for a professional. If they suddenly decide to not support the format you work with, you are screwed and need to transfer all your images to something else. Or you will be unable to edit the images/movies in your library without converting them first and that will mean loss of quality. (There is a reason you have them in the format you have them in)
I just turned all my CDs into MP3 a few years ago and skipped the whole "streaming" situation.
I just put a shitload of songs on a micro-sd of 32GB. I could buy a 512 GB one. 32GB gives me enoughn music to listen to. And I even put in the odd audiobook to listen to.
I just use the standard player and I do not say anything as not to confront the other people on the train and pressing play is not that hard.
I checked it from work and it still is a thing. If people are offended, they should not sneak up on me and watchg my screen. If they think it is because I am wasting time, I only waste 2 minutes (and a paper towel) on it and am less tense than if I would be after being on/. or reddit and be all agressive because of all teh idiots!!11One!1
