The Publisher did some googling and found on google website that had "no problem allowing other e-book websites to illegally offer a number of our e-book titles, either free or at reduced rates, to anyone on the Internet." So he sent google a strongly worded email saying they should really do a better job. Google said: "Google has no responsibility and that it is up to us to contact these sites to tell them to stop giving away or selling our titles."
The story is that there is a stupid person on the internet.
I did. It gives you a BIT more freedom. You can be a little further away. Whoopie doo! If you can play it on another tv then why cant the person who needs your tv do the same?
Again, missing the killer app.
Hasn't the WiiU his this, you know, forever?

This is not a killer app, it is just progressing as things should have long ago. Sony followed Nintendo's lead with their motion control. This time I do think they will offer an excellent console, though.
Poor argument again. Thousands of beers on market. Lots of choice available. 3 mobile OSs are available.
How about a one sided and biased car analogy:
Would you buy a prius? No, because they suck. Would you buy the new one? No, it is still a prius.
FTA: "Ultimately that template can be used to replicate the pattern exactly. Next, the plan is to make a larger template from 30 blowfly corneas."
Here is a link from the article on the process http://iopscience.iop.org/1748-3190/5/3/036001 [Mass fabrication technique for polymeric replicas of arrays of insect corneas]
I assume they only did a few as 30 corneas would be "larger." From the picture on the article, it looks like they used nine. However, no mention of why this is a good idea and what in particular it does for solar power.
I am actually glad to see that lawsuits over software patents aren't being used for silly purposes to remove competition. Cyber sitter could have put together this lawsuit long ago, but they go in on the heels of the google hacking fiasco they got caught in.
Car analogy is close, bullet is not. Say i have two 9mm guns, same make, same model. The ONLY way to know what it was fired from is to have the suspected gun fire another bullet from the same gun. Many guns use the same barrel, same rifling, etc. Only the super small scratches are unique to each gun.
Further more, this article should be on no concern to anyone. Exif data should also not be a concern. Shelf life of cameras arent 18 months. Shelf life of camera phones are 24 months (with USA plans anywho) and most on the fly shots are now done with camera phones. How many hundreds of thousands of people have iphones? Millions of canon Digital rebel cameras are still sold.
And how the heck would the figure out where the camera was purchased from? All they can tell is that X brand camera took this picture. This is like the fools who found two teeth from some old monkey and made up an entire family story for some neanderthal.
Its not simple. There is no infrastructure in the US to put this in on a large scale. There is already an infrastructure for oil. You cannot just "run cars on electricity" or run everything off electricity. Not everything can be just plugged in. Furthermore, there are no kits and conversions to do this that are widely available, or even cost effective. If you buy a hybrid car you don't even save money at this point.
Once we have the _ability_ to do so, we will. Right now, we have none. It doesn't matter if we should, its the fact we don't.
As well, we once we start distancing ourselves from the middle east and their oil, they wont be pleased. We do not have the coordination, drive, or will-power to start a massive reorganization of what the united states runs on.
Remember the whole scare when Sodium Benzoate reacted with Ascorbic Acid in sodas to cause trace amounts of benzene? Could Be FUD, too early to know for sure. Be sure to expect lawsuits really soon.
Serious shooters, and not even serious gun shooters often own many guns. Alone, my father owns 4 rifles, over 10 handguns, and other miscellaneous firearms.
A general spouting out of numbers is irrelevant, a Per Capita precentage would be more beneficial.
Further evidence that, just as darwin said just before he died, evolution is false. I like the cleverly worded article though, as to be careful not to bash on the integrity of the theory.
Just then how are all the kids going to get their drugs?

Looks like the submitter was 442 days late in stating this record being broken.
"Glitch" they say...
I thought this was supposed to be a safer alternative?

Complete filler news. We found absolutely nothing!

Miss this in Freshman English class? This is nothing new.

Since when has government given you a reason to trust it? I bet you also think that wikileak documents are fake and the government can do no wrong.
Finally! Science has proved that DNA has freed me from taking responsibility for my actions and my lack of self control. Score!
Thank you, I could tell there was sarcasm in the remark, but being totally unfamiliar with the guy I wasn't following. Makes sense now
But can someone explain the line "I guess he didn't conjure his ideas on information design from thin air."

Greenhouse gas is up in the air. Get it? Hah. ok.

They must be retiring it because of its serious attitude problem. It is a teenager after all.
1. Find a Right wing activist that is protesting mainstream media
2. puff up the article to something it isnt
3. ?????
4. PROFIT!!

200 million guns, big deal.
Cars - few thousand $$
Guns -$75 and up
