    All logging functions on the server were disabled. There is no way to know how many times it was hacked. Zero is as likely as any positive integer.

    The only thing known: It was setup in a non-standard configuration to not log intrusions. They did not want to know.

    Previous BS claims were that automated cars were safer than humans. This lie was done by comparing Tesla autopilot driving to all human driving, not human divided highway driving.

    Now they are 'an order of magnitude safer', what a big fat blatant lie.

    Americans lose six times as much to police theft vs. burglaries, year after year.

    Until something is done about 'civil confiscation' police will be treated like the thieves they are.

    I trust police about 1/6 as much as I trust professional burglars.

    Weather the truly corrupt represent 50% of cops or 99% doesn't really matter when institutional corruption is SOP.

    The first time this statistic was calculated (for some rich CA coastal town) the 'cop suckers' claimed the same thing. Problem was: they hadn't told anybody but the cops.

    Agile is a manifesto not a process. Part of the manifesto is 'people over process'. Your boss is doing it wrong.

    If a prospective employer tells you they are agile the first question should be 'how does your pay compare to local industry averages?' Any answer other than 'our people get substantially above average compensation' tells you they are _not_ agile. Agile emphasises hiring 'competent enthusiastic individuals', those people don't work for industry average (long term).

    A person that manages a poorly paid 'agile' team is full of shit. They are most likely a scrum slum. Run away!

    Compost is a great soil amendment. The obvious solution is to setup a set of large compost piles in your front yard (one accepting, one cooking, and one being used up), let the neighbors dump leaves there. Then out-garden the lot of them until they start to keep their leaves.

    They don't want to bag the leaves and throw them away. Can't blame them, PITA.
